New construction, very modern. Great amenities in the common areas. Rooms are well lit, clean, and very comfortable. Price seemed a little high for the area but this place was definitely cheaper than the residence inn across the street, and the rooms and common areas here looked nicer in my opinion. Would recommend, especially for business trips

I booked for an overnight stay for a wedding. The staff was wonderful and courteous. A very pleasant experience overall.

Breakfast is available but very pricey with limited options. Shower water was barely above luke warm regardless of the time of day.

What was supposed to be a restful stay turned out to be the opposite. On the 23rd of December we were waken up at 3:15am by a false fire alarm. Initially we got dressed in a panic and went outside. This went on for 2 and a half hours ending at 5:30am. Needles to say this ruined our day. On the second night we noticed that the wall thermostat wasn't functional. We were instructed to get down on our hands and knees and crawl under the refrigerator and microwave to adjust the wall unit. We are 75 and that wasn't too pleasant.

My father is in a wheelchair. Lots of options for him to safely navigate his room free of fall risks. Room was clean and front desk accommodating.

The minute you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and friendly staff. This is so important especially when traveling for work when you've had a long day!

It was a pleasant stay except for the extreme noise in the corridors and excessive banging and knocking on our door by unruly kids in corridors

It was an amazing experience. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Room was very clean and very luxurious. Free WIfi connection very good. Gym was fully equipped. I was allowed a late check out as I had to attend a zoom meeting at the time of usual check out. Extremely great experience

The property is safe, convenient with a friendly staff. And walking distance to a good casual restaurant. The downside for us was the hotel is pet friendly And we both have allergies to dogs and cats so after Day 1 of our 3 night stay we were feeling the effects . The quality and size of the bath towels was truly 2nd rate. Could hear constant walking late in the evening from the room above and lastly the breakfast Offerings were only fair. Hampton inn used to offer A much better breakfast. Times they are a changing.

I thought everyone who worked there was very helpful & pleasant. The grounds were very clean

We enjoyed the location and the amenities. It was clean, new and quiet. We will be staying here again

Everything was great only downside was the Bistro being closed due to chef being off.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean facility. Surrounding area not fabulous (FedEx facility, Amazon and Mule body shop) but the location being closer to family in Hamilton was a great perk for us.
