AC unit didnt work, vending machine ripped me off and gave the wrong product, couldn’t find the room, beds very uncomfortable, electric heaters plugged in everywhere made me very nervous.

Room was very basic, lost of paint splashes everywhere, rused facecloth holder in tub, beds were not very stable, sockets were loose could not use to plug in items. Parking was very tight

Our first room was dirty looked run down but they upgraded in a timely matterthis to another room that was a little more decent but there was the refrigerator was dying another door handle didn't lock easy The door didn't unlock ea some of the power plugs work some of them didn't fan didn't work in the bathroom a lot of moisture on the floor when we woke up the next morning coffee pot had mold and water still left in it

The nicest thing I could say was that the bed was comfortable. The photos and 3 star listing are deceptive. The office/check in was clean. The parking garage should have been enough of a warning: filled with garbage bags, broken and discarded things, and day, one flight walk up to our room (despite being told, they were only seven steps). There was a glass door to a small, rickety balcony, no shade or covering on the glass door, which allowed visibility to the parking garage (no way to access the bathroom from the bed unclothed). The furniture was mismatched, the bathroom was in severe need of updates definitely not worth the $200 plus a night we were charged.

The room was dark and dingy. The refrigerator was plugged it with an extension cord across the room. The shower had a used bar of soap in it. Toilet was gross not cleaned. Used towels on rack. In addition to the hotel room charge they charge an additional $20 hotel fee for what I don't know. Emailed them was told too bad read the fine print. Very rude would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There was a long hair in the microwave. Air conditioner didn't work very well. Other guests yelling at all hours of the night management said nothing.

The property was convenient to the beach and my work. Room was a bit run down like many other places along the beach but the room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed

The stay was great. I got a free upgrade to a two bedroom apt like room due to fire alarm work on the building I was suppose to originally stay in. The only problem was a few holes and trouble with the sliding doors but other than that it was very convenient to the beach 3 -5 min walking distance I would definitely book again

A little run down. No elevator. Stayed on third floor with a baby. Not very convenient. However, the boardwalk and beach are around the corner. The beds were uncomfortable and one had a broken leg and sagged in the middle. But for the price and location it was overall a win win.

I booked this Inn for a weekend a way with my granddaughter, the pictures online are not what the place looks like, the online description is not accurate. The sliding door (the only way in or out ) wouldn't lock, it smelled like cigarettes and filth, the towels had stains and dirt on them , the toilet was dirty and the bed looked like some already slept in it. The place was not safe for two females to stay. I left immediately to go to dinner to figure it out and spent my dinner time calling several hotels and finally found another hotel 6 miles a way, upon returning I explained to the girl at the desk and she said she could not refund my money that i would need to email the manager, to which I did his response was that they offered me an "upgrade" (which they did not, they offered "another room") and I declined so he would not refund me. Since then he has ignored my email. I felt very unsafe staying there and was afraid of getting sick from the cigarette smell and the dirt. We never even sat on the bed we didn't even put our luggage down because we were leaving and the door wouldn't lock. I was terrified someone would come in at night and rob us. This place is awful , awful , awful. I never leave bad reviews but i feel the need to WARN people.

I'm not even sure where to begin with the mess this hotel is in! We stayed fri-sunday and from the beginning it was a sh*t show. Couldn't check in until 45 min after check in time because our room wasn't clean yet. The man at the desk said they were unable to work because of the rain weird but OK. Once we got in the room the floors were full of sand. Went down requested a broom they said they'd send one up. They came with a broom and a half broken dust pan but it was better than nothing. Went out came back a few hours later to grill our dinner. The grill wouldn't start so I went to the office and asked if they had a lighter for the grill, they didn't. They said they'd bring me a lighter, after about 15 min they finally came. (kitchenette was not stocked with anything other than a small pot, plates, dirty silverware, and a spatula). Later in the evening we came back to the room to sleep where we found feces on our sheets and mattress cover. We immediately notified an employee that answered the phone. That employee was so concerned and actually cared. He came up removed the sheets and gave us extra sheets to sleep on until morning where it could be rectified and the mattress cover cleaned with cleaner. Next morning we came back to our room to find a note saying they didn't clean our room per our request, which we did not request! Went down to find out what was going on and was brushed off by the man at the desk even after explaining that the night before we found fecal matter on our sheets and we wanted our room cleaned. They finally sent a girl over who took out our trash, put new sheets on the beds, and walked out. No manager was available to speak to but the man at the desk assured me he'd be in contact, and we've not been contacted yet and its been 3 days! Pools were dirty and not tended to regularly either. Wont be going back here ever.

Perfect spot, convienent to everything. Staff was great. Parking gets tight when full

We arrived early on the morning of our check in and owner was able to accommodate us with an early check in for a small fee. We were soaked and wet cause we drove a few hours in the rain to get here. The owner let us park in the garage. When we arrived at our room one of the bed had a broken leg. Within 15 minutes the owner brought in a new frame and installed it. I recommend this place.

Location was great- right in the middle of it all. Room was adequate. Beds were so hard we may as well slept on the floor. House keeper had a tip envelope in the room. We would have been inclined to use it if she ever made up the room.
