出差這麼多，一般不評價酒店，這個實在太讓人生氣了，換了三個房間。開房的時候跟前台説開一個安靜一點的房間，不要靠近電梯，第一次給我開了5樓最裡麪的一個房間530，進房間我懵逼了，房間裏面洗手池是類似於10年前公共衞生間長者用的那種，一圈都是扶手圍欄，這個我還可以接受，進到房間裏面床對面竟然有一個門，類似儲藏雜物的，房門是鎖死的，打不開，太扯了，4星級酒店，搞這種房間，膈應人。然後讓他們幫我換一個房間換到了8樓823，進去才發現了樓底下是類似於商場樓頂上風扇，換氣扇這種的，特別吵，關窗也特別吵，也沒有辦法辦法。打電話讓前台幫我再換一個房間，前台説好的，讓機器人幫我送房卡上來，我在門口站着等了10分鐘，因為害怕把房間弄亂了，讓他們再打掃，麻煩他們，等的我都出汗了，我又給他們前台打電話，問他們房卡這麼還沒有送上來，前台説已經送了，我説送了我等了10分鐘沒有收到，她説已經送上去，我説你確定嗎？她説沒問題，我就説你不能自己過來看看嗎？我在這裏等了這麼久，沒有送上來，她説我們不行的，都是機器人送的，我一下火大了，我説不住了退房，她不説話了，然後立馬換了一個前台説不好意思，沒有大床房了，問我能不能住標間，我説確定沒有了嗎，下午5點沒有房了，我説行吧，給我讓機器人送上來，我估計就是打完電話忘了沒有給我送房卡，真是垃圾前台，然後等了六七分鐘，機器人和我送上來了。換了一個房間823，房間裏面也一股味，對面是廣場，吵，我説把窗户關了吧，結果發現窗户把手是壞的，我就知道這個酒店不咋樣了，就這樣吧，隨便住一下吧。 前台人員不專業，態度太差了 酒店也不行，房間這麼問題，不處理。 出差千萬不要選

距離高鐵站非常近，兩公里不到的距離，由於邯鄲並不大，所以去市中心商業中心和各經典也比較方便。 應該是新開沒多久，整體上符合希爾頓惠庭這個層次的整體水平，裝修、衞生、早餐等也都還不錯，客房服務水平可以再提升些，連住兩天，第一天房間提供的飲用水用完後，沒有補，還好自己買了不少飲料。 由於是五一假期，房價有一定程度上漲，也屬正常吧。總之是可以給五分好評了，在邯鄲屬於非常值得推薦的好酒店了。

最看重的是寵物友好酒店！服務熱情周到，房間寬敞舒適，床鋪柔軟乾淨。早餐種類豐富，味道極佳。健身房、洗衣房一應俱全。一出門就是街心花園，遛狗方便。位置便利，旁邊2公里就是美樂城購物中心，吃喝玩樂都能解決。帶着一家老小，訂了3間房，套房（有沙發床），靈動大床房（有沙發床），舒適房，都不錯。下回來邯鄲還會必選！
