The staff service is excellent. Outstanding. The hotel is also one of the very few hotels that welcome foreigners and do not discriminate against foreigners in this time of covid. They are not racist. Again, the performance of the staff are great. Check in is very quick and easy.

自駕遊途徑河北省邯鄲市，攜程旅行網上看到招商大酒店評價不錯，有人評價“四星級酒店五星級的標準”，那我就沒有不選擇它的理由啦！①樓前🈶免費停車場②前台美女帥哥服務熱情，免費升級送了兩份早餐③房間衞生乾淨④枕頭好像是記憶棉的，柔軟舒適⑤重點是：交通非常便利，京港澳高速下來3.7公里，10分鐘即可到達，周邊用餐、超市也都很十分的方便。

不太建議入住，首先是房間沒有空調，問客房服務，也沒有説明原因，到餐廳吃飯，餐廳有換氣空調，酒店是統一通風的，餐廳有通風房間確沒有？第二天退房，前台説她們這裡有空調，服務員幫忙問了客房服務，客房服務説白天有，晚上沒有，我入住是下午四點，已經就沒有空調了，不知道下午四點算白天還是晚上！更加可笑的是我在前台加了兩床被子，房間服務員抱來被子後質問我愛人，房間需要這麼多被子嗎？我愛人説，你覺得多就拿走吧，服務員把被子一放，走了！腦子沒有問題吧？各種奇怪的事羣發！表揚一下餐廳服務，真好，服務很到位，大堂前台也是非常好，客房服務太差了，這樣的服務！酒店早晚會毀到你們手裡！！！
