Family friendly hotel. Safe for kids and babies. Next apar**ent is residential building that has a lot pet dogs. Which was interesting for kids.

Excellent serviced apar**ents for family to stay. Rooms are big and comfortable, facilities are great!

The room was good. But I could not close all the windows with curtains. The water was not really hot in the evening. In the morning ok. The breakfast really horrible. But seams tu be temporary hopefully. Food was cold and very little choices.

A very nice place, totally recommending. Initially booked for one night and another night in different hotel, but ended up extending my stay in somerset, cuz liked it that much! Clean, good service, good rooms condition, good breakfast.

This time I stayed in Hangzhou for 2 nights. The hotel rooms are very clean, the service staff are very friendly, and they provide Western and traditional Chinese breakfasts with various flavors. The soy milk tastes good. The only regret of the hotel is that besides cooking when you are hungry, you can also order takeout. There is a take-out cabinet in the lobby that can also deliver to the room. The lobby does not accept express delivery, but there is a self-collection cabinet on the underground floor of the hotel, which is very convenient for picking up online shopping during travel.

The room is very nice, clean, tidy and comfortable, just like the pictures. I can accept the deposit for the room fee. The service attitude of the lobby staff is actually very enthusiastic, but why do I still give the service a low score? It's not the staff's problem, but - the standard of our apar**ent is not low, it can be said to be a high-end apar**ent. Can you upgrade your breakfast for such a high-end apar**ent? The quality of breakfast service is not good, not the waiter, but the breakfast!!! The breakfast of some seasons and some flowers is better than this! The eggs are not cooked, and the fried dough sticks are hard and hurt the teeth. The quality of breakfast is very poor. It would be better if the quality and variety of the breakfast of the apar**ent were improved.

Came to see Jay Chou's concert. It was my first time staying in an apar**ent hotel, but I had a very pleasant stay. The front desk upgraded the room for free. The room was large, clean, and had a great view. It was also not far from the Lotus Flower. I walked back directly after the concert in 20 minutes. I forgot my clothes when I left, so the front desk helped me leave and called a courier to send them back. I am very satisfied with the service and hope it will get better and better!
