Although the hotel has been open for many years, the facilities are in good condition, the rooms are large, the location is good, not far from the subway, there are many commercial facilities around, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, the most basic American breakfast, overall it is not bad 😄

Old outdated, unfriendly staff at checkout and at the evening reception, horrible breakfast compared to other locations, couldn’t sleep well because it was impossible to regulate the room temperature… they need an update

Was great, nice decent size room was clean and comfy. Has an indoor pool it isn’t huge but it’s not all that small either just doesn’t go past 4-4.5’ deep. Enjoyed it and would recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay.
Did have to pay 10$ per car per night for parking that we weren’t told about but that wasn’t too bad.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites, Tyson’s corner was absolutely fabulous!!! The suite was beautiful, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was great!!! I will be repeating my stay in June. Highly Recommend!!!! Thank you so much!!!

the room was excellent, I liked the two separate rooms the only issue I had was the smell of **** and the bar was out of the liquior for the free tickets given

This hotel felt old. The room we were in, everything had ncluding the couch and carpet were old. Clean enough but over used.

Urine still on the toilet seat manager knocked on the door 45 minutes later saying another guest supposed to checked out while I was showering

Once we arrived there was no valet and no one to help us with our luggages. We had to carry everything to the room by ourselves.

The hotel has a nice setup but the rooms are depressingly dark with dark wall paper, dark furniture, dark carpeting. There is definitely room for some upgrades.

We love Embassy Suites but there was an issue with the water. The water was set to be turned off at 10 AM and we had to rearrange our morning to accommodate the water. We have two small children under the age of 2. It would have been nice to know this before we came to town.

Asked for toilet tissue- had to call twice
Did not change linen or clean room. They came, we asked them to come back because my husband was working and on a conference call. They NEVER came back, even after we called.
The Breakfast was really nice.

The heating did not work. First of all the heating is controlled. The technician came and fixed it once. The second time I called, the technician informed me that the heating does not work in that room and I should change my room.
On the first day, the breakfast had run out of butter. Also, they had run out of some fruits that they normally offer. All of that was available the next morning.
Did not receive my receipt after checkout, because staff member had not added my email id to my profile.
Some staff are friendly and nice. Some staff members will make it feel as if you are a burden to them. Maybe the staff are overworked and not happy.
I love this hotel, but it can be a hit or miss.
