La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hartford - Bradley Airport Reviews

I am very disappointed in the doing business with La Quinta. I am traveling with my granddaughter who became very ill with a virus and had to cancel my reservation. I was notified by trip.com to provide medical proof. I provided the doctor's note and received another email requesting additional medical notes, etc. My daughter the mother of my grandchild states she is not providing them with all her personal information and medical notes should be sufficient. I do not have any control of my granddaughter getting a virus which caused her to have diarrhea/vomiting/and headaches. I find it very unfair La Quinta is unwilling to give me a refund. this is Definity bad customer service. I will never make any further reservations with La Quinta/My trip .com.

Despite doing the precheck in with entering my vehicle info and taking a picture of my ID I still had to provide that info when I arrived . See no point in doing the checkin ahead of time.

Woman screaming at the top of her lungs for hours. Staff only came once to quiet the couple. Continued until 11:30 at night

Place has not been cleaned properly since 2018. Floors, walls, even the elevator..nasty. Elevator is right in the hallway, next to someone’s room. You have to stand in front of someone’s door to wait for the elevator floor 2 and above. Walls have to be made out of newspaper, might as well just have 1 giant room everyone sleeps in. I’ve stayed in some gross hotels, this is #5 on my list. Do not recommend a stay longer than 1 day, but I’ll never be back.

The receptionist was surly and offensive. We asked her several questions, and she gave minimal answers, dismissing our questions like why are we bothering her. She has no business ever talking to customers. She does a great disservice to the owners of this establishment. I will probably find another place to stay the next time I am in the area.

There were 2 problems with the room. The toilet was broken and ran all night. The other problem was the phone did not work so we didn't get a wake up call. I alerted the front desk at checkout.

The woman at the desk when we checked in was awful. She needs to find another job that does not involve customer service. She was so unfriendly it was almost rudeness, I asked her a question and she just gave me a dirty look. Horrible. Luckily the woman there when we checked out was an absolute delight.

The room was fine, did not feel as clean as other places but that is reflected in the price. Worst part was the booger in the shower. Overall, it is worth staying there for the location and price if you are just staying one night near the airport.

The hotel is very clean, the young lady at the front desk (I forgot her name) she was very pleasant and very helpful. Very close to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay there.

dirty room with last customers food and drinks all over and bed dirty. elevator down and no water available to drink or buy.

The hotel was very clean. Front desk forgot the wake-up call but I had my alarm on so everything was fine.Front desk staff could be better informed on shuttle times and time it takes to get to the airport (other pick-up stops of shuttle almost made me miss my flight).

Receptionist could have been friendlier but took care of us promptly. Property seems clean and beds are comfortable.

Everything was fine except the elevator was not working and the Maid service knocked on my door at 0930 on the day I was to check out. Had it been after 1100 no problem.

Lady was not very nice, the housekeeping kept disturbing us and overall did not feel welcomed
