Song Yun Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Hefang Street)

The location is pretty good, very easy to find, and it’s very convenient to go everywhere. It’s right next to the Hefang Street food. It’s nice to take a walk at night. It’s worth recommending.

Every time I come to Hangzhou, I stay at Nansong Yujie. It's very convenient but not that expensive. I haven't stayed at this hotel before, so I want to give it a try. I was quite disappointed at first because when I entered the hotel, the carpet was very dirty and the corridor and the room smelled of cigarettes. There were cigarette ashes from the previous guest in the mouthwash cup in the room, and the toilet was leaking. I wanted to change a room, but it was the peak season and the weekend. It was already 11 o'clock at night and there were no vacancies. I had to bear it. Logically, I should give a bad review, but the staff was very proactive in solving the problem. They didn't perfunctorily or neglect it, and they didn't show impatience. I think this kind of service spirit is very precious. That night, I said that I couldn't sleep because of the choking of the smoke. It was four o'clock in the morning. The girl at the front desk said that there was just a room available, so I could make do with it for one night. The next day, they actively changed a room for us. The environment of this room is okay. I hope that the cleaning will be more meticulous in the future, and I also want to remind the cleaning staff not to smoke while working. For someone like me who can't stand the smell of smoke, it's a disaster.
