杭州東站出來，一號線往湘湖方向坐6站，龍翔橋站D口出來，步行七八分鐘就可以到達酒店，離銀泰in77和西湖音樂噴泉也很近。房間不大，但還算乾淨和温馨。唯一遺憾是因為住在六樓，無法享受機器人送外賣服務，衹能由前台人工送貨😂退房時還送了新年小禮盒，是一套加熱杯墊和一衹水杯，很貼心🌹

服務：還可以，連不上網，服務員來了兩次，挺用心的
環境：房間太小了，住的很不習慣，走路經常絆腳，我懷疑可能日本人也住不慣
設施：空間小，電話機都沒有。

來杭州一方面帶着女兒閑玩，另一方面吃南宋胡記桂花綠豆糕，14號訂好了火車票，準備住3晚，杭州酒店挺多的，在選酒店時也選了好久，想選一家性價比高的，喜歡酒店帶有窗户的，最終選了全季酒店西湖龍翔橋地鐵站，離西湖近，逛銀泰in77也近，出行太方便了，全季酒店給我的感覺非常滿意，他們每個人服務態度相當不錯，讓我很滿意，第一次看到機器人服務，太牛了，機器人也太可愛了，房間衞生滿意，我和女兒住3天，他們每天都來打掃，一次性牙刷我都覺得可以用3天，但是，他們還是每天換了，還不用我説，之前住其他酒店要説一聲，上電梯要用房卡去刷給我感覺這個安全意識就非常滿意，我特喜歡他們酒店的洗髮露，下次來杭州我還會繼續住西湖龍翔橋地鐵站口全季酒店。

房間不大，獨自出遊的話夠用了，第一次訂榻榻米房，剛進門的時候還有點懵，不知道箱子放哪兒😂地理位置也挺好的，離地鐵口不算遠，無論是靈隱寺西湖到東站、機場都挺方便的，酒店衞生也挺不錯的，總的來説還是很滿意的
