The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter of Hanoi. Walking distance to the center, there is shopping, restaurants, ATM and a small grocers at the corner too. The area is well lit up and safe at night time. The only down side of staying in the center is the roads are always busy and noisy. The hotel decor is really lovely and represents the famous Hanoi water puppet shows. The staff are all very friendly and speak great english. There is a lobby where complimentary tea, coffee and fruit is available throughout the today. There is breakfast available for I think 7euro a day however we did not get it so cannot comment. The rooms are a good size. Hotel is very clean. Fridge and kettle available in the room

The hotel located in a quiet street is as advertised and therefore good value for money, our good size room (Suite with Balcony) had air conditioning, fridge, TV, wardrobe, safe, good shower, desk, arm chair, tea & coffee making facilities and outdoor table and chairs. The staff were great and incredibly accomodating with adjustments to our booking due to weather cancellations & our left luggage. We stayed here 3 times between trips to Halong Bay & Sapa. The Gym is in a sister hotel about 650 metres (a 10 minute walk). Daily water, tea and coffee and good wifi on all levels of the hotel. The hotel has a travel desk. Breakfast option close by Lifted Coffee and brunch at 101 Hang Ga.

Hotel datato, stanze basiche con il bagno incastonato in una sorta di armadio (almeno la nostra che credo fosse una delle migliori visto il prezzo) e l’acqua calda che arrivava dopo molto tempo con pochissima pressione. La pulizia, specie nelle aree comuni, lascia a desiderare (la moquette di fronte alla nostra stanza non è mai stata pulita in 3 giorni).
