Location wise this is a perfect Hotel. However, the rooms were bit small if you happen to get rooms facing backside of the hotel. Staff was very helpful in attaining to our request. All and all if you preference is to be in thick of things and ok with budget hotel then this is recommended.

Stayed at Ease Hotel Harbin Centre and absolutely loved it! The rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable. Plus, it’s within walking distance to Zhongyang Street, making it super convenient. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay in Harbin! The staff were really friendly and helpful. During checkout, they even gave us a cute little souvenir. Definitely stay here again.

Exceeded expectations! The front desk staff were excellent and very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Plus, there are lots of affordable dining options downstairs. Great value!

The location of the hotel is good, but the service awareness is very poor. When I drove to the hotel and asked where to park, a young man said that there were only limited parking spaces at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. I could understand this. I asked if I could park on the loose sidewalk and the answer was that you can park your car in the morning. Definitely a note. I have no sense of service at all. In fact, I observed on the second day that local cars are parked on the sidewalk, and there is a small street next to it where you can park at will. Your hotel clearly says free parking, so you can't help customers recommend public free parking on the street next to it. Location information? ! The TV in the guest room was terrible. I wanted to watch the Olympics live broadcast, but my eyes were full of snowflakes and I couldn't hear the commentary clearly. The front desk didn't solve it either. The toiletries were all empty. I called the front desk and was told they would replace them with new ones in ten minutes. Half an hour later, I called a second time to remind them. After another ten minutes, a male waiter came and took away two empty bottles of body wash and shampoo. A few minutes later, I got two bottles of hair conditioner in exchange! It even said there was no shampoo or body soap! Do you only use hair conditioner in the shower? ! The service is also amazing.

Transportation is convenient, subway, bus, airport shuttle are all very convenient. The only drawback is that there is a leak under the bathroom. After taking a shower, the bathroom is full of water. There is no floor drain outside, so the water can't go out. The next day, I wore slippers to the bathroom and my feet got wet! However, the front desk arranged for workers to fix it the next day.

Convenient transportation, about 15 minutes walk from Harbin West Station. The surrounding commercial facilities are rich, there are Wanda Plaza and Jinjue Vientiane, there is a Jingdong supermarket downstairs, eating and shopping are very convenient. There are several hotels in the whole building, and the 28th floor is Home Inn. The room decoration is very stylish, the view outside the window is very good, the view is wide, the hardware facilities are basically perfect, the room area is relatively large, and there is a place to put the suitcase. The disadvantage is that the bathroom is relatively small and the door cannot be fully opened to the end. Then the shower room was a bit damp and buggy.
