During this year's hot Spring Festival in Harbin, the price of this hotel's entry-level rooms is very affordable, the location is good and it's not expensive to take a taxi anywhere, and the decoration quality can barely reach a five-star level. However, the windowless special room type was too hot, and it was useless to turn off the air conditioner. It was over 30 degrees Celsius indoors, and there was no air conditioning. The children were sweating from the heat when they fell asleep on the first night. The front desk on duty that night agreed to apply with the leader to upgrade the room type or change it. The room was not comfortable after I asked for an electric fan, but I could still sleep. The next day, I didn’t receive any inquiries from the hotel about whether I needed to upgrade or change rooms. In fact, I didn’t plan to change rooms. After all, I moved around in one night. It's troublesome, but the hotel's careless work attitude is a bit disappointing. It's not easy for the service staff during the Chinese New Year, so I'd better give it a good review.
