But from the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff's warmth and welcome dispelled all my concerns. The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable, new bedsheets and a spotless washroom. The heating system was a blessing in the freezing temperatures, and we slept soundly each night. What sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. The staff's genuine warmth, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make it a true gem in this chilly city. The facilities: air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi were all excellent. Cleanliness: The room was very bright and spacious as soon as I walked in. It's very close to the airport shuttle, making transportation convenient. Most importantly, the service was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The owner even provided complimentary disposable towels and toilet seat covers. The room was very clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The entrance is definitely not welcoming and pretty disgusting. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement, but it's not the worst ive seen. Other than cleanliness the rooms are pretty fine, not a lot of space to shower but manageable. The location is nice, still not the best of the best because it's not right near a subway or bus, but still right at the train station and close to a lot of public transport. The bed is comfortable though

This is my second time staying here. The environment is great and the decor is new. There are many delicious restaurants and restaurants nearby, and the morning and night markets are fun and lively. It's convenient, comfortable, and affordable, with a very good value for money. I highly recommend it.

This hostel is conveniently located near St. Sophia Church in Harbin, China. I arrived late, but the hostel team was very helpful and assisted me with a late check-in since I only got there in the early hours of the morning. The service was fantastic, and they were very communicative via WeChat. For the beds we booked, you need to put on and take off your own sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers. I was given a free private room for one night, which was a nice bonus. There's a shoe rack at the entrance to switch to slippers while inside the hostel. Currently, there's only one shower, and one toilet each for men and women. The toilets are Western-style (sitting), not squat. There's no toilet paper provided, so you need to bring your own. In the shower, there's body wash, but towels are not provided. You can purchase them in the common room; the hostel provides them. There's also a drying area in the hostel corridor. As for suggestions, it would be good to add a mat or carpet at the hostel entrance during winter, as it can get quite slippery. Also, if possible, it would be great if toilet paper could be provided.

My roommate stayed with me when I was taking the postgraduate entrance examination. The hotel is very close to the entrance of the Shangda University. You can walk there in 10 minutes. The hotel is run by a family. The lady is super nice! ! ! ! ! Girls and children kept calling each other. They were super friendly and felt like they were at home. The room was extremely comfortable and warm!
