From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I experienced meticulous service – the staff were friendly and smiling, check-in was quick, and they proactively introduced me to the hotel facilities and local dining options. My deluxe king room was even more spacious and comfortable than I imagined. The room design was simple yet elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive city views, especially beautiful and calming with all the lights at night. The mattress and pillows had just the right firmness, ensuring several nights of deep sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the toiletries had a delicate botanical scent, and the hot water supply was plentiful and stable, making for a great shower experience. Attention to detail truly shined through: daily replenished minibar drinks, bedside USB charging ports, and a smart curtain control system all made the stay incredibly convenient. The turndown service was particularly commendable; not only did the staff tidy the room, but they also thoughtfully left a weather forecast card and a small 'goodnight' snack. The breakfast selection was extensive, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. The freshly cooked noodle station and freshly baked bread were my motivation to get up every morning. The hotel also has a gym and a sky garden on the top floor; an evening stroll there to watch the sunset was peaceful and delightful. At check-out, the front desk staff proactively asked for my feedback on the stay and assisted with luggage storage until the evening – the service was consistently thoughtful throughout.
