"This hotel is really great! First off, the location is excellent. It's directly across from the Cross-River Cableway Castle, right next to the Songhua River and Stalin Park, and very close to Central Street. Plus, there's a subway station right nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. Secondly, the hotel facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and they thoughtfully provide earplugs and humidifiers. The breakfast spread is abundant, and you can enjoy authentic Harbin local snacks and Russian cuisine. Thirdly, let's talk about the service – it's truly warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. "This stay exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt the meticulous attention to detail. The front desk handled check-in efficiently and professionally, and they even kindly upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and bath, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. I especially want to praise the breakfast at the restaurant – there was a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh. They even gave me a small gift when checking out, which was a lovely touch. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!"

"Overall, a good experience! The location is excellent, very convenient for adults whether you're taking a taxi or public transport to sightsee. Walking to various attractions isn't too far either. The room itself was standard and clean, though the TV projector was a bit complicated to operate. The laundry and gym facilities were very convenient, and breakfast was about a 7-8 out of 10. There were also snacks and drinks in the lobby. The service was great. Definitely recommended!"

"There were so many hotels near Central Street, I was overwhelmed! I finally decided to go with an international chain, figuring they'd have consistent standards, and thankfully, it didn't disappoint. It's right next to Central Street and Zhaolin Park, and not far from the riverside and St. Sophia Cathedral, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Taxis are easy to catch and can pull right up to the entrance. If you're driving, parking is 7 yuan per hour. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, were always smiling and provided excellent, warm, and thoughtful service. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast quality a bit."

"As the only hotel in Harbin that can truly be called a bit luxurious, it generally lives up to its reputation. The location, rooms, service, and amenities are all quite good. Bottled water is provided upon request, and the lotus decoration at the entrance is also very unique. The decor style is more simple and bright, a stark contrast to the Ritz-Carlton Tianjin where I stayed a few days ago – both are good in their own way. However, getting in and out of the hotel isn't very convenient, especially if you want to cross the road to the Songhua River. You have to navigate a really awkward traffic light intersection; the red light is very long, and even when it's green, there are cars turning right at high speed, which makes you quite nervous. The city view rooms have a poor outlook, filled with crowded, matchbox-like buildings with hardly any greenery. There's only one stool and one armchair in the room, which isn't very convenient. There's also a heating vent on the windowsill, so I was hesitant to put my phone there for fear of it falling off."

"The hotel's location is unbeatable, right at the entrance of Central Street. Turn right out of the hotel and you're there. A straight walk from there to Saint Sophia Cathedral is super convenient. There are many nice restaurants nearby too, like Qiulin Russian Restaurant, Laochujia Guobaorou, and Madieer Ice Cream Parlor… extremely convenient. The hotel provides breakfast, and while the variety isn't huge, the taste is good. Milk, soy milk, bread and jam, Chinese fried dough sticks, plain congee, and stir-fries – all delicious. My only slight regret is the limited fruit selection, just cherry tomatoes. Perhaps due to its prime location, the room wasn't very big. But it was perfectly fine for three people. It's small but has everything you need! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Harbin!"

"The location is excellent, right at the south entrance of Central Street, and you can even get a view of Central Street from the room window. The room was surprisingly spacious. Although a bit old, it was clean and tidy. The staff were very welcoming. Since we arrived early, we requested an early check-in, and the hotel quickly prepared the room for us, allowing us to check in right at 12 PM. I'll definitely book Wanda Holiday Hotel again on my next visit."

Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.

Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

Every day since leaving Xinfu, I've been missing the sledding hill behind the lodge (it was free and unlimited!). The owner even helps guests take photoshoots like 'splashing water into ice' (he took three amazing shots for me 😎) and 'glowing with colors.' He's an incredibly skilled photographer, and those pictures instantly elevated my social media game. They also organized a session where we all made candied hawthorns together. As an extrovert, being able to chat with everyone like that was just so enjoyable! The owner also led the trip to Wusong Ridge, keeping us entertained, taking photos, and even teaching us how to ski along the way. As someone from the south, I truly got to experience the thrill of playing wildly in the snow! And of course, the accommodation itself was very unique, with a traditional heated *kang* bed, ensuring a deep sleep until morning. Waking up to hot porridge in the morning was just heavenly!

I've transited through Harbin multiple times, and this time I chose a new hotel to stay at, which offered a much better experience. They provide free shuttle service every half hour, allowing for flexible arrival times. The room was also more spacious, clean, and hygienic. The best part is that since the area near the airport is quite desolate and ordering food can be inconvenient, the front desk offers meal service until 9 PM, and the prices are very reasonable. Compared to other options, this place definitely has an advantage; it offers great value for money!

Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting. Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀 Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!

This hotel is conveniently located near the Harbin Train Station (and metro station). It has also several cozy cafes within walking distance. The shower is a bit small and only offers 2-in-1 body wash and shampoo. Overall, it was a good fit for easy access to the metro, cafes, and train station.
