Guest UserThis hotel, over a century old, boasts a rich historical ambiance with its Tsarist Russian court design. The lobby is resplendent and dazzling, featuring crystal chandeliers, oil paintings, wine cabinets, and an ornate wrought-iron garden, all showcasing the luxury of the Russian aristocracy. I even donned a 19th-century outfit to experience what it felt like to be a Countess.
The hotel service was impeccable. Upon check-in, someone immediately guided us on a tour and provided explanations, including a ride in the century-old elevator. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and they were incredibly accommodating, helping us take photos in the court costumes without any hesitation. When we checked out, they even brought our bags to the car – truly doorstep service, highly commendable!
This is a highly recommended hotel that is well worth experiencing.

Guest UserAs the only hotel in Harbin that can truly be called a bit luxurious, it generally lives up to its reputation. The location, rooms, service, and amenities are all quite good. Bottled water is provided upon request, and the lotus decoration at the entrance is also very unique.
The decor style is more simple and bright, a stark contrast to the Ritz-Carlton Tianjin where I stayed a few days ago – both are good in their own way.
However, getting in and out of the hotel isn't very convenient, especially if you want to cross the road to the Songhua River. You have to navigate a really awkward traffic light intersection; the red light is very long, and even when it's green, there are cars turning right at high speed, which makes you quite nervous.
The city view rooms have a poor outlook, filled with crowded, matchbox-like buildings with hardly any greenery.
There's only one stool and one armchair in the room, which isn't very convenient.
There's also a heating vent on the windowsill, so I was hesitant to put my phone there for fear of it falling off.

wujin7733Exceeded expectations, highly recommended! Next time I come to Harbin, I'll definitely stay for more nights. Before arriving in Harbin, when booking a hotel, besides location and facilities, my main concern was whether there was a pool for kids. After much deliberation among several star-rated hotels, I finally chose Shangri-La Songbei. It turned out to be the absolute best decision of our Harbin-Yichun trip.
The most surprising thing? It has to be the hotel's window view! We gasped the moment we entered the room – it was simply stunning! How could there be such a large window, such a beautiful view of the Songhua River, and such a perfect hotel? This scene made us never want to leave the room; just quietly sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery was enough.
Next, let's talk about the hotel's service, which was also top-notch! We had an early flight back to Beijing on our departure day. We had booked a room with breakfast, but since we had to leave by 6 AM, we wouldn't be able to enjoy it. So, when checking in, I asked the front desk if there was a solution. The hotel offered a incredibly thoughtful plan: they prepared simple packed meals for us to take away. When we checked out, I saw three bags for the three of us, and each bag contained three packed containers with fruits, pastries, eggs, sausages, and more – it was so comprehensive! Who wouldn't love such a considerate hotel?
Finally, one more thing: there aren't many dining options near the hotel. There's only one dumpling restaurant across the road. We navigated there, walked around for a long time, and just as we were about to give up, we discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant nearby called 'Dufu Smoked & Sauced Dumpling Longjiang Cuisine.' I highly recommend this restaurant too! The dishes are diverse, delicious, and affordably priced. It's truly a treasure! I'm already planning to replicate this experience with Shangri-La Songbei and Dufu Restaurant on my next trip to Harbin – I'm so excited to plan my next Harbin itinerary just for them! 😘

TangdouOn a whim, we decided to take a spontaneous weekend trip with the kids, and I randomly picked a hotel on the app, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise! First off, the room was spotless and fresh, even the bathroom was sparkling clean. The bedding was dry and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive – they even had a gym and a soft play area. The air conditioning worked great, and there was a rich breakfast spread. The lobby was also very photogenic. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, patiently answering all my questions. Most importantly, it was incredibly quiet, which was a huge plus for someone like me who has trouble sleeping.
The hotel parking was convenient with plenty of spaces, and you could see the mountains from there. The air was fresh and it was easy to get around.
This is a genuine review from a consumer who rarely leaves feedback unless they are exceptionally satisfied.

The hotel was clean and tidy. I chose to stay at the Sofitel Harbin for my trip to Harbin this time, and my overall experience was exceptionally satisfying. It truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing, high-end five-star hotel in the area. The hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite Xiangjiang Park and adjacent to Wanda Plaza, making shopping, dining, and short excursions incredibly convenient. In my leisure time, I could even stroll through the park to enjoy the scenery and relax. The lobby features a French-inspired light luxury design with a sophisticated feel. The high ceilings paired with exquisite chandeliers create a rich and elegant atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and daily housekeeping is meticulous. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and each room is equipped with a humidifier, perfect for the northern climate. The double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed rest. From the concierge to the front desk and housekeeping staff, everyone was highly professional. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and the service was attentive and discreet, without being overly solicitous. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including local Northeastern specialties. The heated swimming pool and 24-hour gym are well-equipped. This hotel is suitable for both leisure travelers and business stays. My entire stay was incredibly comfortable, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Harbin.

Guest UserThe stay was fantastic! The hotel's design is excellent, and the wooden interior style feels very warm. The room was incredibly spacious with a superb view. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the popular tourist spots in the old town.
The breakfast and executive lounge were great. The extended operating hours were a huge plus – if you're tired from a day out and can't get up early the next morning, you don't have to worry about missing breakfast. The complimentary hotel car service is quite unique, especially a convertible golf cart! Cruising around the nearby mountains with the top down on such a cool, clear day was really nice!
Also, a big shout-out to Bonnie Bai from the executive lounge and Guest Relations Manager Tom Wang. Their service was incredibly attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues we encountered during our stay!

Guest UserThey proactively upgraded our room and even gave us hot spring tickets, which was a nice surprise! The hot springs themselves were really fun, with lots of different pools. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

The outdoor hot springs were incredibly comfortable, not cold at all. The short walk from indoors to outdoors meant I didn't have to worry about getting chilly. Sister Xiaogao at the outdoor hot springs was exceptionally kind and provided excellent service. She offered tea and other refreshments, and even changed my towel if I seemed cold.

The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

The rooms were well soundproofed, creating a comfortable and quiet overall environment.
The family room had a reasonable layout, suitable for children's activities. The water park had a variety of attractions, which the kids loved. The fruits, drinks, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream in the water park were good, but the food selection was too limited. The hotel is close to shopping areas like Sunac Mall, with convenient amenities and parking, making it suitable for short getaways with children.
(Suggestion: Improve the attitude and service training of the staff.)
