Premier Inn Melton Mowbray

Large sized room, perfect for a one night stay! Bath was a definite plus! Extra cost to check in early was a disappointment as the room was ready! Nicola at reception went out of her way to ensure I was comfy. Pity the parking isn't clearly signposted!

An excellent place to stay. Clean and close to the town. But most of all the staff are lovely, so friendly and cheery and nothing was too much trouble. In particular thanks to Rhianne, Megan, Leanne and the lovely cleaner that we met in Melton. Many thanks for my Birthday surprise and great cold storage for pork pies. Mark xx

Visit for a family event. Really pleased throughout on location, service and facilities. No hesitation to book and stay again.

Lovely hotel, clean room and bedding, very comfy bed, bathrooms were spotless and the shower was 10/10. Special mention for a member of staff - Katie was super lovely and helpful!! Would recommend this hotel perfect location for near by restaurants and pubs too!

Great comfort, cleanliness and service as you always get. A short walk to the town centre for entertainment. I would have loved EV charging available but aware it’s a big ask!

Stayed for one night when visiting friends nearby. Had an evening meal and breakfast. As usual at Premier Inn the rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained. The staff (as I have found before at Premier Inns) were lovely. Very welcoming and friendly and you felt they would do what they could to make your stay enjoyable. I even got a second poached egg at breakfast when the first one cracked! The only slight issues were finding the car park (and some of the spaces felt quite narrow) and the beds were a little high for my elderly mum to get in and out of.

Hotel was clean and well presented . Staff very friendly and helpful . Special mention to Rhianne who assisted me with a faulty key card after I ravaged the coffee and milk for the room . Thank you for putting a smile on my face in such a traumatic time 😁

Nice location near the town with free car parking. Staff must be the happiest and friendliest Premier Inn staff in the UK what a credit they are. Room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area. Paid for a cooked breakfast and this was cooked to order and plentiful a very good choice.

Very friendly staff. Nicola B was lovely. The extra touches for the 1940s weekend were fabulous. The staff looked after us from check in all the way through the process. Meghan was also lovely by far the best hotel in Melton Mowbray. Would stay again!
