Has stayed a few times here, always preferred to stay here because of the access to a kitchen and laundry. However, this experience is the worst I had. Was sick during one of the days (had diahorrea and fever) and one of the days there, the water was out, couldn't flush the toilet. Called reception but couldn't get to them so waited from early to late morning to get the plumbing fixed. Next, the light dropped and water started seeping out when I on the aircon. Had just walked passed the cooridor so fortunately missed it if not the light would have hitted my head.

Great service and location near the airport train at Central,. The room was spacious, comfy bed and very clean. Good value for money - I would stay again!

Really great place to stay. Clean and location is close to everything. Only few mins to supermarket and just around the corner are heaps of restaurant. Staff also very friendly and they do housekeeping everyday.

An older hotel , but still very neat and tidy. The room was perfect for a family with 3 kids . Nice and close to everything in the city .

Really happy with my stay. Had the studio; seemed to be in the process of being refurbished. Walls had a few smudges, carpet a bit tatty in places. Microwave in the wardrobe was an odd find! But the bed was divine, super pillows, clean and fresh sheets and towels. Good strong, hot shower. Good size TV. Lovely reception staff, great location. For $137, it was very easy to overlook the few little things that need upgrading.

Decent hotel within a great location in cbd. A bit old style obviously with the whole castle theme. overall good for this proce range.

The location was great. Pitt St is right next door, but the alley where the hotel is located is quiet. There is an Indonesian supermarket right next door that stocks some Korean products. There was a Korean staff member at the hotel, so communication was very easy, and since I arrived at 7 a.m., I needed to store my luggage, and they kindly helped me. However, you have to wait a long time at check-in/check-out time. There are a lot of people, but there are only 1-2 employees... The facilities are a bit old, but there is no problem at all with your stay. Many tools such as toasters and kitchen utensils are provided. Even a microwave.

Hotel in the city center, super convenient

This was the first stop of my Australia trip in Sydney. Unexpectedly, I was very satisfied with the apar**ent I stayed in. The room is new, the bedroom and bathroom are clean, and the washer and dryer are also very new. Especially the kitchen is clean and complete with cooking utensils. It is suitable for cooking by yourself. There is a market nearby where you can buy cheap dishes. It is especially convenient to go there in the afternoon when vegetables are on sale. It's a pity that my stay was too short. I will definitely choose this hotel when I go to Sydney in the future.

The elevator is old and the facilities are old, but the location is very good and convenient. The interior of the room is old but basically passable, and the price is basically consistent with the quality.
