The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.

I celebrated my son's birthday on rooftop pool area.Everthing is pre-planned and Vartika rai ji help in every aspect deciding menu to decoration to cake...so u don't have to worry about anything...Food is tasty with great ambiance....service is also very good...overall it's a great memories for all my family...

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu and had booked a suite room, but unfortunately the overall service experience fell far below five-star standards. Poor Check-In Experience Upon arrival, there was no greeting or welcome. The check-in executive completed the process without any courtesy, and there was no explanation of hotel services, inclusions, or assistance with luggage. I requested a driver dormitory, but was informed it was under maintenance. I then asked for help in arranging a nearby dorm/hotel for my driver (at my cost). She refused, and only when I asked about concierge support did she call another colleague, possibly a manager. The manager was polite and genuinely tried to help, but was unable to locate any nearby accommodation for the driver. Shockingly, he suggested that the driver could sleep inside our suite, which is highly inappropriate advice from a five-star hotel. Eventually, my driver had to find a place on his own. Room & Facilities The suite was clean but equipped with very basic amenities. Both the TVs (living room and bedroom) were large smart TVs, but Netflix kept showing an internet error. Despite calling for service, no one came to fix the issue. Noise insulation in the room was extremely poor — we could clearly hear late-night wedding band noise and early-morning traffic, which made it difficult to rest. Breakfast Experience The morning breakfast area was poorly managed. No greeting, no assistance with seating — guests had to find their own table and wait for someone to place plates and cutlery. Staff seemed undertrained and unsure about basic service standards. Checkout At checkout, again there was no greeting, no courtesy, and no request for feedback. Overall From a service perspective, this hotel operates at a three-star level, not five-star. The lack of hospitality, inadequate staff training, poor noise isolation, and unprofessional handling of guest requests made the stay disappointing.

When the hotel is located at a busy junction of the city, then it is imperative that they have double layered soundproof glasses so that the noise from the traffic outside and constant honking does not transmit inside with much intensity. The noise from the traffic, even at higher floors is just too high at this hotel and won’t let you sleep.

This hotel is having a view of a beautiful lake and food is great here but the remarkable thing is staff and services provided by them is very good and at par to metro cities I was with my family with my 3 year old daughter and Simran and Ankit at front office made it sure that I get all good service and took care of my kid also very well entire staff and hotel is very good

Radisson Blu is a wonderful hotel, with amazing staff. Their buffet breakfast has a good variety, catering to every individual. Stations are neat and clean. Staff constantly tidying up. Staff manning the breakfast sessions are very attentive to guests, especially Urvesh(guest assistants) and Pulakesh(Guest Assistant Executive) They ensured my bfast experience was a wonderful one. This is the 3rd year im here at Radisson Blu Gorakhpur. Never had a moment of inconvenience. Would highly recommend.

My stay was good, but the room service needs some improvement. I had placed an order for food at 10 o'clock and it was served after 11 o'clock, and that too after I complained at the front office. I had ordered Chinese food, and by the time it arrived in my room, it had gone cold. Even my 3-year-old baby fell asleep without eating. This is not a complaint, it's just feedback. Because we all work, and while working, mistakes can happen.

Stay was great.... We stay with my friends.... Location was very nice... Top class amenities placed.. service was great... Good supporting staff . Floor cleaner was good behaviour.... Housekeeping service was good.. we met with Dinesh and he resolved my all requirements which we need .
