The room is big and the front desk is friendly

This is one of our favorite hotels in our favorite little town. We had a much needed getaway. The staff is always so friendly and helpful here. The breakfast is phenomenal. Great overall stay.

The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We were in Heber Springs for a birthday gathering. The Holiday Inn Express was only a short drive from the party location. Pretty area. Enjoyed our simple breakfast.

The hostess was very kind and was on top of everything, had a room ready and cleaned before we arrived, knowing we were arriving earlier thane pected. It was a great experience. Will be coming back to stay in a month.

Impressed with how big the room was and it was one of the best beds I've slept in (at a hotel) . Only problem was the AC ! The high was a low and it stayed 73 in the room even with the temp set at 64. I have to have it cold and it was HOT outside.

This is the best hotel in Heber Springs. Others are closer to the lake and/or town, but this location is close enough without the traffic issues. After staying at several places iver the years, it is worth the extra money for cleanliness, comfort, and a good breakfast.

They had hook ups to charge our golf cart and it was quiet and had a great breakfast!!

This property is very clean and well maintained. The staff are all over the top friendly and accommodating. We could not have been more pleased with our stay!

The staff was friendly, everything was clean, plenty of room in the rooms. Love that it has a small frig, microwave and coffee maker. A plus for us is it has an area to park our boat, breakfast is included, close to gas station, restaurants and not far from the boat ramp. This was our 3/4 stay at this location

Came to play on the lake. Hotel was nice. They have an awesome breakfast and the staff was awesome and friendly.

This hotel location is great. Easy to get into town and the lake. The staff is so friendly and help with anything they can. The rooms are very clean and fresh. Air works great and the beds are so comfortable. Plenty of room to move around in the room and not feel like you are sitting on each other. Down fall is if you go out a side door you may have to walk around to the front cause the key cards don’t want to work in the reader half of the time but not a real big deal.

Everything that we needed or wanted to do was in close proximity to where we were staying. We're sorry to say that the noise from the room above was very annoying; child/children running back and forth, adult/s stomping. Even after a call to the front desk it persisted both days we were there.

It was not really Holiday Inn Express standards. Very worn out, beds are okay, pillows bad. But it’s better than the alternatives in town…and I think they go that. Washed clothes & dryer was broke.
