酒店很寬敞，空間很大，尤其是洗手間，能看出昔日的輝煌，但現在有些老了，不影響居住，位置很好，樓下隔壁就是一個大商場，應該是鶴壁比較好的商場。餐飲、電影院一應俱全，尤其是商場裏的超市食品很多，酒店餐廳服務非常好，因為下雪在餐廳裏吃的飯，還送到房間一頓，味道也好，價格也很實在，酒店前台有點小，早餐和漢庭的差不多，不夠四星級的。
