因每層房間頻多，出電梯後沒有一個顯眼房間位置指引牌，以至不覺轉了一圈才找到房間（之後發現後廊有指示牌，但指引不清晰），房間相當寬敞，但燈光不足，基本配置用品齊全，另：交按金時我給了現金，因趕路一大早沒吃早餐便須離開，辦退房時為退這按金卻整整要等十幾分鍾才退還給我，當值服務員説昨晚辦入住交按金時應提醒用微信付費就無須等待了。

訂的1.8米大床房，結果進來是1.5米的，老闆還説價格一樣的！！！這屬於虛假宣傳！因為太晚了我們也沒換其他賓館，其次是衞生太差了，洗漱台衞生沒打掃乾淨，盆裏還有上個顧客留下的牙膏漬！洗澡的蓮蓬頭髮黴，紙抽也沒有，最不可理解的是吹風機也沒有，這麼沒誠心的商家真不能確定床單被罩是不是新換了的！衹能説是住了這麼多次賓館最差的一次！

大床房兩邊沒有床邊櫃，晚上睡覺沒法放個眼鏡手機，很不方便。床牆上兩個壁燈不怎麼亮，房頂沒有燈，晚上燒個水都看不清，住宿非常不方便。這麼小的房間，裝個吸頂燈能用多少電？不知道老闆是怎麼想的。其他還行，熱水出水比較快，衞生紙給的量足，基本用不完。
