During our road trip from Texas to Washington (and back again), this is the best HI Express we have experienced (probably hit half a dozen or so on this trip). Property is new, which is always nice. However, the real differentiator at this time was how they did not allow effective COVID-19 processes to inhibit the guest experience. They are the only HI express we stayed at that are serving a hot breakfast - you place your order on a sheet, then the (protected) staff prepare your meal and call you up when it is ready. Most of the HI Express franchisees we stayed with have taken the opportunity to use COVID-19 as a rationale to stop serving breakfast or to give you only water and a granola bar. This location proves that does not need to be the case. Well done. Way to adapt and persevere.

Normally I don’t stay at Motels, but Motel 6 has an amazing friendly experience, from the moment I’m checking out a room, to my actual stay, it’s got some amazing staff and the rooms are really nice for the price given. Most definitely staying here again whenever possible.
