Need some upgrades to the whole hotel. But it was ok

My large, extended family required a comfortable, easy place to stay near events planned for two funerals. Best Western Plus Hillside was exactly what we needed. The manager was very accommodating of and sympathetic. He was genuinely caring, which was lovely. The bartender/server in the restaurant was gracious and helpful - even when we came in and wanted to hang out as a group right at the end of the evening. This was a perfect home away from home for us during a sad time, and I'm very grateful.

The staff is so polite and the Room is very clean but I could not sleep in the bed well room 238.

The room had a strong 🚬 smoke odor and our room was supposed to be non-smoking.

Clean and convenient hotel! Staff is friendly and the hotel is well lit up at night which makes you feel safer.

The staff were great. Breakfast seem little expensive and not really brunch as advertised for the price but it was ok. Location was ok as we book for the expo show.

Are in the lounge for supper. Just needed something simple. And our expectations were met. Food was delicious and the service was amazing.

The king size bed was so comfortable, and the check in clerk was very nice.

Hotel was in poor condition. Outer building needed repair. Inside building was not clean. Wallpaper was peeling off wall in hallway near our room and there was mold on peeling wallpaper. Our air conditioner malfunctioned in the middle of the night and it sounded like a loud engine all night and knocked throughout the night. Pillow case had a stain on it. Over all hotel was run down and not clean.

My husband, and I enjoyed a little getting away time. We loved it!

Nice hotel, everything is clean, everything works. I liked everything.

BWP had a room for me when I couldn’t even find a suite for 500 bucks - so I am grateful. The hotel is best for transit stay but is about $30 Uber ride away from the airport. I don’t think they have a shuttle. Also no free breakfast. The staff was courteous and the place was reasonably clean but could do with some updates.

I enjoyed the stay customer service and the room attendance were amazing.
