If there was a special reason why the child rate was not applied, they should have confirmed it at the time of booking and contacted me in advance, but the hotel staff should have known that it was impossible to find a hotel that could be booked on the day after arriving at the hotel while making an exhausted child wait. Moreover, even if I was lucky to find another hotel, they said that if I did not stay at Toyoko Inn, I would have to cancel on the day and be charged 100% of the accommodation fee, which was essentially a threat. Is it okay to charge an extra fee using such a fraudulent method? In the hotel room, my child was bitten by a tick and was itchy and painful, and I couldn't sleep, and at breakfast, an elderly male guest was pushing my child from behind in the line, but no one warned him, so in the end, I had a bad experience at Toyoko Inn Himeji and it was a very sad stay. It's a shame.

Very convenient in front of the station, the day I stayed was quite cold The air conditioning in the room was not very warm. I made it close to 30 degrees, but the staff received a very kind feeling. I will stay again.

I felt that the cleanliness and environmental friendliness were good, but I found it inconvenient when I actually stayed there. The shower was weak, the toilet was small, and the noise from the neighbors echoed. In particular, even if you turn down the shower pressure to save hot water, you end up using it for that much longer, which is stressful when you want to take a short shower. The toilet bowl may not be a problem for women, but it is extremely narrow and inconvenient for men to sit down to urinate. I chose it because it was cheap, but I probably won't stay here again.

新しさはないが清潔だった。新幹線を降り、南口を出て数百メートル（短い横断歩道はあるが信号なし）で着くのでとても便利。東横イン姫路駅新幹線北口のほうと迷ったが、新快速利用など姫路駅を拠点に動く旅行ならこちらがおすすめです。バイキング形式の朝ごはんは部屋に持ち帰って食べられるので落ち着いて食べられ良かった。部屋着のガウンはフロント前に取りに行かないと行かないのでそこは要注意！

駅前で便利でしたが、やはりザ・ビジネスホテル…。 価格充実か他に空きがない場合は仕方ないですが、子連れの宿泊には向きません。 GW他に空きがなく、やむなく喫煙ルームとなりましたが部屋のタバコ臭はひどく、夜中も臭いで何度も目覚めました。 隣の部屋の音（咳払いなど）も気になります。

駅近くでコンビニ等も至近、それだけで宿泊を出来る限り抑えてとなると、ほんとに便利。何より清潔。
