El personal del hotel utiliza los datos personales de las peticiones de reserva (a las que no contesta) para hacer llamadas a la 01.00 a m. Levanta la voz a los clientes y les falta el respeto. El dueño debe de estar poco atento al negocio para permitir esto. A no ser que en realidad no sea un negocio...

Realmente no puedo opinar sobre la estancia por que no pudimos alejarnos, reservamos por booking, llegamos al hotel a las 20:00 h, el check in es auto check en una máquina que hay antes de entrar. El problema es que metimos los datos, pasamos la tarjeta de crédito y.... Sorpresa....la máquina No nos entrega la llave. En los teléfonos de contacto nadie coge el tlf. Total que nos quedamos en la calle con un peque de 4 años. Menos mal a booking que fueron muy rápidos en cogernos el tlf. Pero no pudieron contactar con ese hotel, asi que a buscar otro hotel, después de estar en la puerta 45 minutos mientras booking intentaba resolver el problema.

Todo muy limpio y muy nuevo esperábamos algo más normal para ser de 2 estrellas y nos sorpredio para bien ,la habiatcion es amplia la cama comoda y tiene buenas almohadas . Muy centrico.El desayuno muy bueno.La chica q está por las mañanas en recepción muy agradable. Para repetir.
