I came to Australia alone and glad to meet many kind local people. They are very friendly including these Yha receptionists.
The Yha is very close to CityHall and city Interchange Stop… It is convenient to many places.

It's great. The sheets are all new. The restroom is very clean. The location is great. It's very close to the pier and can be reached on foot. The visitor center is also nearby.

I chose a cheap backpacker, and I thought it was worth the price, for better or worse.
The location was close to the paid shuttle bus from the airport, and I was very satisfied with the fact that I was able to pick up my scheduled tour!
There are multiple rooms with showers and toilets in separate rooms, but in some cases the toilet seat was missing, and the towels for the bath mats were left in a not-so-clean condition. That's too bad.
As for towels, you can get new ones if you ask at the reception, but this reception closes at 10pm and seems to close quickly, so people who take a shower late may want to be careful. .
Also, I arrived on time and tried to check in, but the person at the reception was away so I couldn't get in and had to wait for about 15 minutes, which I thought was typical of Australia lol.
