Check in is not until 4, so we went to our cold room and turned the heater on, then dow to dinner on site where we drank. Having wanted to swim, we went to get ready and our room was a frigid 64 degrees. We turned it up, thought it was warming, but it was not warm enough for wet hair and the pool was about to shut down. We turned on the emergency heat and again thought it was warming and buried ourselves in the bed. 5 am was the latest we could take, calls to the front desk where i itially unanswered. The excuse was the attendant was checking on the construction marring the halls and parking lot. She did offer ti open another room for us to shower in, but nothing for our miserable experience and lack of access to amenities we paid for. They did ask us to come again. I expect service for d7ch an expensive stay and not nonchalance of their failure to provide cited services. Johhny Morris you should be ASHAMED!

My husband and I decided to get away on weekend getaway. Glad we stayed at this hotel. We were comfortable and breakfast was really great. It’s a beautiful hotel.

Enjoyed this property but your not going to get much help from the front desk, no one hardly was at the front desk the 3 days we were there, had to fix the TV and get my own stuff for the room. Pool is small and hot tub is a small bath tub lol. Also never saw the towels cleaned in the pool area. Breakfast was pretty good, seating was limited they kept closing the extra room because they didn't want to clean it.

We decided to take a last minute trip to Branson a few days before Chris**as. I stumbled upon Angler’s Lodge and took a chance of booking away from the *****. It was a wonderful experience. The beds abd pillows were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the amenities of Big Cedar Lodge but would love to come back and explore. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to family abd friends.

We checked in this hotel one night after staying in a condo in Branson. We just wanted one more night in town for our family trip. We were so pleasantly surprised with how much we liked this place. We are definitely staying here on our next trip. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was great. The overall a**osphere was so welcoming.

Beds and interior were fantastic, quality of breakfast was superior.
Decore & design were top notch.
Maintenance in some areas door locks & hot tub were lacking. Overall very good experince.
