Very strategic location, with everything you want just a 5-minute walk away: F&B, grocery (located in the left corner), McDonald's just opposite, K11 shopping mall, MTR station, and Ferry port. Receptionists can communicate in simple english, room cleaners are polite & helpful. Room bedding is comfortable, able to get a good sleep, with good soundproof. Even though our room is facing the road but don't really hear any noise. The cons are they didn't provide daily drinking water, but you can get it from the Wellcome on the left side, end of the street (6HKD/1.5L). Also the rain shower in the shower room is not working at all....And they didn't provide Dyson Hair Dryer as per reviewed by previous clients, the hair dryer power is too weak for people with long hair.
