Good and clean hotel. Alitle bit far from MTR but a hotel arrange shuttle bus that is great organised if I can recommend I want Hotel to arrange bus service more for peak time if you cannot get into the bus because a bus is full that mean you need to wait 1 more hour for the next round. And we love hotel Amenities so much.

We had a wonderful stay at Metropark Hotel Mongkok, spending a night with our family. The hotel's location couldn't be better – the airport bus #A21 stops right in front of the main entrance, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Additionally, if you plan to travel to Shenzhen by bus, the bus station is just opposite the hotel, offering seamless connectivity. Not only is the hotel well-connected, but it's also surrounded by an abundance of delicious dining options. And for those looking to explore Mongkok's vibrant streets, everything is within walking distance. Overall, we were impressed with the convenience and comfort offered by Metropark Hotel Mongkok, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong.

We were checked in to the newly renovated floor. The room is bright. However, the craftsmanship was very ordinary. Everytime I opened the bathroom door, there was a loud noise coming from the ceiling. I found the staff at the reception and concierge extremely friendly and professional. They were always ready to provide advice and assistance.
