Value for money 10/10 for its location, Causeway Bay. Receptionist was friendly, room and facilities was clean and surprisingly the room size is very reasonable (for Hong Kong, the price vs room is excellent especially for its location. If you prefer a larger room, you should book a hotel and pay 3x-5x the price) Would I return in future? 100% Yes

Location is good. You can just walk around the area and find some restaurants and malls.
The lady is very friendly and helpful.
I will recommend this place to my friends.

Perfect place for a nights sleep if you're out and about in the city all day. Very easy to get to too.

Horrible condition. Smells like sewage in the room and there are bedbugs on the bed. Got bitten all over the body .

Very good location. The lady was nice and helpful. If you are looking for a place to just sleep, it will be okay. Nothing luxury, no space, nothing extra just bed and a toilet.

This room is very very very small and price is very high. And room have bad smelling. And first time see hotel. Towels is not free they charge 50¥. For me if this hotel again price 50 rmb I will not book again is most bad experience for me . Bed size I really small

Response from Property: During the May Day holiday, it is normal for the price to be expensive. Our hotel has always required a deposit for towels. The deposit has been refunded to the guest after check-out. There is no charge. The guest booked a single room but brought someone to live. There is a problem with integrity and work. The staff just asked, and the guests made malicious comments.

Good location for 2days if you only plan to sleep there… you only get a bed, blanket and a pillow 😂 but it should be enough.
