Very nice place, super clean and front desk people very lovely. Super good location, 200 mts away is a shopping mall, metro station and a "hop in - hop off" buses, very convenient for visitors.. 10 / 10

Not a bad hotel. Service was okay, but reception were a little churlish; I had apparently booked a room with the option of twin beds OR a double bed. When I checked in, there were no more double rooms left, so I ended up paying over €100 extra for a room upgrade for 4 nights. Lots of dust underneath the beds and sofa, which was disappointing. Breakfast was very good, though with an excellent of items from the buffet.

their employees have a false politeness, a very crowded hotel, quite ugly, with nothing special. You can fool yourself into staying here at most once in your life. The second time you are sure to look for another hotel. If you are smart you may never get here.

The hotel is very new, the service is attentive, and the location is excellent. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the main street.

The hotel is very bad. What's wrong? See my last review. Not once has the service been right. If you go to Germany and want to live in a place that is not pleasant to you, feel free to stay there. It will definitely cast a shadow over your trip. In addition, if your English is not particularly good, you will be even more invincible. You will definitely feel like you are going to collapse every time you communicate.

The hotel's hygiene is good and the service staff are also very good, but the guest room windows cannot be opened. Breakfast is okay. There are many restaurants around and shopping is very convenient.

The room was great, pleasant smell on the 16th floor and good ventilation system. Another plus is the floor heating in the bathroom and the fantastic view. I'll be back !

Very clean hotel

I liked the area this hotel was in, Its near the Ubahn, Bus stops, Restaurants and shopping area. The hotel rooms are big and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Superb - amazing staff, great location and clean tidy room. Shower was powerful and hot, bed was comfortable.

Very clean and convient. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Only one of the 5 staff members I interacted with at the front desk needed to be a little more genuine when presenting options. But I shall give it another go if back in Berlin.

Very comfortable beds! Clean and nice room overall. Ok breakfast selection, but the breakfast room is quite crowded and a bit noisy.
