The room was great, offering good value for money, and conveniently located near Yau Ma Tei MTR station. There are also convenience stores nearby if you're looking for a late-night snack. Having two bathrooms in the room was a big plus for comfort. Just a heads-up, there aren't any power adapters provided, so remember to bring your own or you won't be able to charge your devices.

Mediocre experience overall. The mattress was so thin I couldn't get a good night's sleep. Plus, there were a lot of tour groups staying downstairs, so the elevators took forever. The bathroom only had a bathtub, no separate shower, giving it a very 80s feel. I won't be staying here again.

My stay here was short but pleasant. The bathroom was spacious and the room was clean, which made the stay comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located near Yau Ma Tei Station, making it easy to get around the city. There are also nearby dining options, including a halal KFC, which is a plus for Muslim travelers. One thing to note is that drinking water is not provided in the room, so guests need to collect it from the lobby. I only stayed for one night, but overall it was a good experience.

Bedbugs alert! We've travelled to so many hotels but hasn't even encountered bedbugs before. We had a Premier family room which was renovated and nice, with a double and 2 single beds. However my husband and son woke up with bedbug bites - verified by doctors. The hotel just shirked responsibility and did nothing. They claimed they have checked and found nothing. It's impossible. The correlation is obvious.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a short turn from Exit A2 of Yau Ma Tei MTR Station. It's a high-class hotel with excellent service. A special thanks to the front desk lady who gave me a complimentary room upgrade. The room facilities were complete, and I had a very comfortable stay. You can help yourself to water from the dispenser in the lobby, and the elevators are very fast.
