I had a great stay here, and the service was excellent. I was able to do an early check-in at 2:00 PM, which was a huge help, as the original check-in time was 3:00 PM. Check-in and check-out were both super easy and fast. Most importantly, the cleanliness is top—the rooms were immaculate.
Location: Almost Perfect
The location is almost perfect because it is right next to the Mong Kok East station. However, for some reason, all of our plans required us to use either Mong Kok station or Prince Edward station, not the East station. This meant we needed to walk about 7 minutes every time we wanted to travel, which added up quickly.
Hotel Access
The hotel is conveniently linked directly to the MOKO mall. Just be aware that the direct access from the mall closes at 11:00 PM. If you return later than that, you will need to re-route a longer way to the hotel's main door, and I barely even saw what the main entrance looks like!
Key Suggestion for Travelers
If your flight reaches Hong Kong very early, like 4:00 AM, I strongly suggest you rent an extra day earlier. This way, you can check in immediately upon reaching the hotel and won't have to wait until 3:00 PM for check-in, as waiting is very tiring after a long flight.

The room needs upgrading and carpet needs cleaning. We liked the location for its closeness to the Prince Edward MTR, restaurants and shopping. The lighting needs to be upgraded as it is dim and not bright. We liked that your safe and bar fridge were operational. We did not have the food at the hotel as there were so many other food choices in the surrounding area. The room could be better sound proofed as we heard the tv next door and we could hear people talking in the hall. I could not get really cold water to drink from your bathroom tap. There was no bottled water provided to guests so we had to purchase them.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Langham Place, above Mong Kok MTR Station, making transportation incredibly easy. The surrounding amenities are excellent, with a wide variety of restaurants and great shopping. It's also very close to the high-speed rail station, just about a 10-minute taxi ride away. Definitely worth considering.

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was on the smaller side, but it was comfortable and just right for me and my son. The daily room service was a great touch—they provided fresh towels, tissues, and neatly fixed the bed each day. While there was no bidet, the handheld shower served as a convenient alternative. The amenities were complete as described, though guests should bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste.
One of the best things about this place was its accessibility. It was conveniently close to the bus station for airport transfers and just a short walk to Mong Kok MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a nice and hassle-free stay!
Sorry, I wasn't able to take pic of the room. Forgot, we are too busy during our stay, super enjoyed the stay, because it was close to everything you need. Literally room for sleep for us.

I booked this hotel for a movie trip to Hong Kong. The room size and cleanliness were decent. It's a bit old, but well-maintained. We took bus A21 from the airport, and it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the hotel, but we didn't have much luggage, so we didn't bother changing transport. We ate at Lung Shing Cafe after getting off the bus, then headed to the hotel. There aren't many restaurants near the hotel.

Guesthouse is tucked in a little corner at level 23 of the building. The escalator also serves a club(?) at level 6 and 7. The unit was cut into several smaller rooms, and it was small (as expected) and clean. They provide shampoo and body wash. As a female solo traveller it was a bit intimidating going up and down the lift (was harassed by a drunk in the lift on the first night 🥲) and walking down the cigarette smoke-smelling corridor. Walls were thin and I could hear the other guest crying(???). The building probably was also shared by other residential tenants.
the location was great! Near to Mongkok MTR and A21 airport bus is just slightly down the road.

Environment: The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to Yau Ma Tei, Temple Street, and Mong Kok. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the MTR station, and taxis are also very convenient.
Service: Much better than I expected, with all staff providing service with a smile.
Breakfast: I always pay close attention to breakfast quality in all hotels that include it, and the breakfast quality here was pretty good, though the selection of dishes was a bit limited. Everything else was great.

GGClaireStarry Inn is a walking distance to Ladies Market, restaurants and shops, Sneaker Street, banks, buses, etc. The staffs on WeChat are very responsive, nice and friendly. She allowed us to extend for an hour before check out. The room is fine, but the elevator in the building didn’t work twice or three times our stay. The wifi is sometimes slow or very slow, and you’re disconnected at times. The water in the toilet floor takes times to dry and the water stays longer when you take a shower. The aircon needs to be turned on at all times because it doesn’t work well, or the cooler needs to be repaired. The room is very hot. But overall, we had a peaceful stay. You can stay here if you want to save money for a group of 4.

MM29cl3yb6****I booked a double suite here a week ago. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I assumed Mong Kok would be relatively unsafe. After reading numerous reviews of B&Bs, I felt even more apprehensive. So, I decided to stay for one night and then extend my stay if the environment was good. Arriving in Mong Kok, I was unfamiliar with the area, so I got lost for a while. Once I found my way, I discovered there were two entrances, one closed after 11 PM. There were also two elevators at each entrance, one for odd and one for even numbers. Upon check-in, the host was very welcoming. Perhaps because the double room was full or something else, they gave us a triple room with a window at no extra charge. The door had a combination lock, and the room was spotless, with spotless floors and immaculately white walls. There was no clutter on the bed, and the quilt was neatly folded. The bathroom was also spotless, with no odors or debris. It was a bit cramped, and the toilet had a long, lingering clatter after flushing, which I hope could be improved. There was also a small TV in the room, but the channel selection was a bit limited. The room also provided hangers, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel, but you had to bring your own toothpaste. Seeing this, I decided to renew my lease the next day. To my surprise, the double room seemed to be sold out. The landlord then asked me what I had paid for the room. Before I could find my bill, the landlord had already extended my stay for another night at 350 RMB, which was 2 RMB lower than the price on the platform! Overall, I personally felt the room was better than the promotional photos, exceeding my expectations. The landlord's service attitude also made me sincerely decide to write a positive review for her. 👍 I will definitely choose this B&B again next time.

FFlying_VThe service is quite good. One of the workers speaks good English. I was having trouble with my SIM card (I picked up the wrong one,) so she took me across the street to a shop that has them for cheap.
The room's small, but, again, it's a guest house, and it's H.K. If you want something bigger, you're going to pay.
The only thing that bothers me (and it's not exclusive to this guest house) is the noise from the other guests. A lot of guests are completely clueless and play their music / have loud conversations right outside of the room. Mei Wah should put up some ”Please be quiet” signs in Mandarin and English, but the guests are probably too ignorant or apathetic to care.

There are sneaker shops and cheap restaurants. It is very convenient to go anywhere. You can walk to the subway. The MTR is 7 minutes and the urban BUS is 7 minutes. The equipment is not new and the space is not large, so it is acceptable. The average price is more than 300 Hong Kong dollars. For extended travel, it is recommended that two people sleep in one room. The space is of a home type.

Service: Excellent. They also offer luggage storage 🧳, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – a big plus! 👍
Room: The room decor might differ slightly from mainland China's. There are large mirrors in the rooms 🪞, but if you don't mind, you can book with them.
Location 📍: Their location is right at the beginning of Mong Kok Pedestrian Street, very convenient. In the evening, you can easily walk from the hotel to the Mong Kok late-night cross-border bus – just an 8-minute walk! 🫡🫡
If I were to give it a perfect 100, I'd give it an 85. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms is a little weak! However, their price-performance ratio is very high! Excellent!
