一幫老阿姨，真一點沒有服務意識！
尤其是前台接待，根本一點服務意識沒有，就會説2-3個字，無語，還説我就是這樣
衞生也真一般，住了幾天基本沒做過衞生

過年去酒店打牌的人比較多，隔音不太好，訂的一間房空調有問題，廁所一直是臭的，大廳服務員的服務態度不太好，問問題都是讓自己查
