Good place! I’m the heart of the city. Close to everything you might need.

The breakfast is good, but the parking fee is too expensive.

The room is quite big, but the facilities are relatively old.

I did not like that heated pool not provided especially with the location and price should add heated pool

Location is great we walked to Pete’s piano bar. My only complaint is the website shows 2 queen beds but it’s 2 double beds.

Excellent Experience Will Stay Again! My daughter and i were in town for a concert at House of Blues. The Hotel is a 3 min walk to back side entrance to House of Blues..The room was clean and comfortable..Staff was great! Only complaint i could give is the smoking section by Valet is Nasty and needs some attention!

Morning front staff and cafe staff were both short and unpleasant and not helpful. Room was ok, not worth 200 a night in my opinion.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this property. Staff is very nice and the breakfast was great. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed here after a concert. It’s clean yet needs remodeling soon. Expensive on tonight’s of events in city. So over pricing is occurring there.

Everyone was amazing. I didn’t get names but the Friday morning staff was above and beyond to accommodate me. Amazing customer service!

No so good! Not what we expected for the money we were charged. Have stay in alot nicer places for a lot less than this stay. Staff very unfriendly. Price dropped to $150.00 the day we checked in for a room with a city view. Very small room no view. Price for parking was increased also. Will not use this app again Already sent photo

Would have been nice to have microwave and better tv options

Very close to restaurants and live music venues and the tour company. Nice comfortable room.
