It was too old and loud. Door knob broke so we had to switch our rooms

Room was clean ad comfortable. The location was convenient to where I needed to go. All appliances were working.

Nothing like pictures on line the room had a horrible smell had to keep spraying perfume there was no ice machine even with air on room was hot got charged $10 for parking and was not told that when I checked in found out when I didn’t get my full deposit back nothing about this place yells suites should say motel

I have no complaints about my stay. A few hiccups but nothing major. Overall, I always enjoy my stay here.

He stayed there for New Year’s Eve for a couple of days and had a very enjoyable time. A lot of restaurants and other resources to help you enjoy your stay. It has a great location and the staff was amazing.

I love that the location is so closw to everything. I have stayed here in the past and that how i fell in love with it, but with recent changes like charging for parking and now have to pay to do laundry. Also, it was cold and the heater went out in the middle of the night, but once i told the front desk maintenance came the next morning to fix it because he was already gone for the night.

Have roaches in the hall ways Was charged for parking after being told parking was free. Will NEVER book there again

The stay was good overall and the staff was very nice. Nothing fancy, but quite livable with everything I needed. I wish the staff had let me know that joining Simply Suites program would get much better WiFi performance. With out it is was quite slow. It was quite usable when logging into your program account.

First room smelled like fish - second room had no working air conditioning or telephone. I checked out. Appalling. The staff was nice but the property is awful.

The room was ancient and not very clean. We had a giant cockroach in the kitchen, which made us seek another hotel.

Check-in went smoothly. The room was sizeable, clean and comfortable. Located within walking distance to restaurants, and easy access to main highways made the location a ++. We be sure to stay on my next visit to West Houston.

Property is well maintained and the beds are excellent. All you need for a longer stay is provided.
