The hotel has created relaxing and slow-down vibes for every guest staying there. I stayed 10 nights and I've never got bored walking in the huge lovely garden. The singing of birds is cheerful and crisp. I love all the details of the eco-friendly facilities including clothes hangers and toilet paper holders. It's a very quiet and peaceful place. I love the long corridor from the front desk to the pavilion. The long seaside path just outside the hotel is ideal for jogging. All the facilities are well-maintained. You can get everything you expected for a quiet and relaxed vacation. The breakfast has many kinds of bread selection. All the staff is very helpful and kind. I'd like to express my special thanks to PA and AOY. Thanks for your kind support during my stay. I will be back in the future.

First night sleep in our travel south. While the trip started with clear sky it was heavy storm exactly once we arrived at the hotel. They were waiting for us as we were the only guests. Entrance is in the back of the hotel - little walk from car park. Entrance landscape is beautiful. The hotel is old. You can see that owners are trying to add some ”life” to it but skipped doing some serious renovation - so the room itself is very basic. Very few of the room have good view to the sea as the hotel building is behind the few Villa of the front. WIFI = good Swim Pool - nice - on the main road but face the sea. Breakfast was set menu - it was ok - served with smile Good price value

Having read the previous reviews, I kind of knew what to expect before checking in. I came here to spend a relaxing weekend with my girlfriend and as a whole, this place did the job. I wanted a quiet place for the weekend and that's what I got. This hotel is nicely located on a quiet beach road (with no beach, but just a beachfront promenade, which I knew before booking) and far from the city, so that's a great place to stay if you want to relax. I kind of liked the charm of that huge hotel which looked great from the outside. The staff at the reception could have been friendlier, but the check-in process was effective. My special request for a room on the last floor was also granted. The room on the 6th floor offered very nice views over the swimming pool and sea. It was a big and nicely decorated room with a nice balcony so I was nicely surprised at first sight. Another good point was that the bed was huge and comfortable. Things went a bit wrong after I had a closer look. The bathroom was quite dark and gloomy. The bathtub looked nice so I decided to give it a try, but filling it with hot water took more than 30 minutes because of the low hot water pressure. I wasn't able to pull the bathtub plug afterwards and since I didn't want to bother having someone in the room to fix it, I just left it, so it was the only bath I could take. The water pressure in the shower was also horrendous and the water was barely warm after 10 minutes. I also noticed some mold on the external wall of the bathroom, which meant that the bathtub was probably leaking. The built-in air conditioning unit was effective but old-fashioned (no remote, just a command on the wall) and the filters had completely been removed, which didn't look nice at all. The furniture was really worn and definitely needed a coat of wood stain or ... two. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony which was of decent size and offered very nice views, but again, serious renovation works should be done here, as the guardrail was loose in some parts. Pigeons were also a problem in terms of cleanliness, even though I know that's a common problem in Thailand. The WiFi connection was a bit slow, but still acceptable. On a positive note, the room was quiet and the atmosphere was pleasant, especially in the evening. The common areas also looked OK but definitely needed a brush up, at the image of the room. Contrary to what I could read in some previous comments, the swimming pool itself was very clean and of a good size. However, the wooden deck that surrounded it was in a pretty poor state. I even noticed some broken wooden planks which could really be dangerous if someone stepped on it. As for the breakfast, it was OK. The choice was fair enough and the food was good. This hotel could really be a nice place if it was properly maintained. Although I mostly enjoy my stay there, I can't understand why the management doesn't seem to be willing to undertake a few basic renovation

I must say that this place is a very responsive. For family lines, groups of friends and people with small pets Because there are 380 rooms, divided into 10 Room Types and there is also a children and adults water park, a beachfront pool and a beach cafe. Meet the needs of all types of customers. This time, I stayed at the Deluxe Pool Terrace, a room on the ground floor of the building. This room is similar. Pool Access is different in front of the balcony, there is a seating area, aside from the space to have a walking area into the pool. It is quite safe for families with young children and quiet for couples. Or people who want Private relaxation The first part of the room is a wardrobe, mini bar corner, tea and coffee. The sliding door is closed and open between the bedrooms. to increase privacy The bedroom is decorated in a comfortable color tones to relax. At the end of the patio, there is a TV, a living sofa and a work desk. and the walkway to the pool

My wife and I are retired full time travelers. This is a quiet, boutique resort that used to be a six senses. It’s about 30 ish min south of Hua Hin. Although ocean side, not a beach resort, there is a sea wall and road Oceanside. That said, it’s quaint, the villas are nicely appointed, the villa pool, in our case a 2 br villa suite, was quite large, clean, extremely private. It was an extremely great place to decompress from Bangkok and large time change. Highly suggest going to praya Nakhon cave, truly spectacular. Big call out to a local restaurant, that is off the path, but a quick tuk tuk away, aptly called “very good” restaurant. They are being humble, it’s great, and extremely reasonable. Go. They will come fetch you there and back just to eat there. 5 min away. Resort was less than half capacity, main pool was empty yet didn’t go due to quality and size of villa pool. Great treatment as titanium. Not all that much to do locally, but a worthy few day stay. In our case 5 days and we were quite happy with it. Thank you to all staff, amazing hospitality and graciousness. Gym, small but adequate, didn’t ever see anyone in there but us. Breakfast buffet was always very fresh, good in size, not huge but again, small resort and half capacity. We were very satisfied overall.

Location - It is easy to get to. About 80-100 baht by Grab from central Huahin. You will need a ride to all attractions around Huahin (80 baht + by Grab) including the beach. Memory Value - Great for all ages. Lot of stuff for my little kids. My kids enjoyed the play grounds and the wave pool. They could have played those the whole day. The kids club is also well stocked for cold or rainy days. Monetary value - If you are just paying for the day pass, it is a little expensive for a family. Look for a deal at the Holiday Inn. The price for one night's stay is sometime equal or lower than a day pass for a family at the park. You get two free passes for all guests one night's stay. That is a great value. Kids breakfast buffet and stay free.

a pleasant, picture post card setting, right on the seashore - feels more like a beach house where you step out of the back and jump straight into the ocean! you can also walk across the entire shoreline dotted with sea-facing cafes and shacks anytime during the day with direct exit and access into your room. Our room had a cute sitout area that looked straight into the sea and was perfect to sit watching the kitesurfers in the day and admiring the beautiful moonlight in the night. The room, property, views - everything is exactly as shown on the website photos - which doesn't happen very often anywhere in the world! :) While you can always jump into the sea, there's a small swimming pool within the property for a quick lap or two. Praseban's staff deserves a special mention for being efficient, pleasing, and attentive in equal measure - especially, the resourceful, energetic property manager - Jib. With the vibe of a small boutique resort, the hotel, Jib, and her entire team deliver 5-star service orientation. The resort provides free bicycles to enjoy within the little town and can also arrange for airport transfers if you need (at a charge). Personal experiences: We wanted to try our hand at the ”Saleng” - a modified vehicle with a scooter attached to a large side car. Jib promptly arranged one for us and it was crazy fun. Once, one of our bikes had a breakdown and we called the resort for help. Jib quickly drove to our location with a pick-up and replaced our bike with another one! Like everywhere else, Praseban could do with a few improvements: - the breakfast menu is in desperate need of an upgrade. We tried it once since it was included in our package, but skipped it to go into town the rest of the days. - the spa needs more thought, better staff, and overall a serious planning before it's offered as a service at all. DO NOT TRY! you can explore other options in BKK perhaps. Overall, highly recommended hotel. We stayed for almost a week and would gladly stay longer! The location of the hotel is just a few mins walk from the huahin night market. That's Starbuck and Swensen within 1km walking distance from the hotel. Many different local bank 🏧 surrounding the hotel. The room in general is ok except for the water condensation smell that the toilet always gives.

This is a very good hotel, my third time. The rooms are clean and modern. It’s a great place for a short stay, the wardrobe space isn’t very big. The breakfast is a decent self service buffet. The location is good, a few km from the town center but a straight rd there with direct baht bus, there are also many taxis available. There are two markets very close to the hotel, so food and drink is very close if you want to leave the hotel. Access to the beach is very close to the hotel The staff are very helpful and I would recommend the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are large shopping malls and seafood street night markets nearby. There is a Thai chef at the door. There is a Western restaurant in the hotel. Free parking in a large parking lot. There is an indoor swimming pool on the third floor of the hotel. You are not afraid of being tanned by the sun. The indoor facilities are also very good. New, the room is relatively small, cost-effective, will come again next time!
