服務極差！前台就是目無表情，也不怎麼回覆我們的問題！主要是晚上八點多3樓開始唱歌，唱到第二天早上八點多……酒店隔音特別差，我們住五樓都被吵死了！估計整棟樓都是3樓KTV的聽眾！打了兩次投訴電話也沒有處理好，前台8號工號的小姐姐讓我自己直接報警好了！半夜三點多再打電話，她説給我換到9樓去……半夜三點半換房……不知道怎麼想的！而且電梯裏貼着一些妖艷的廣告圖，感覺帶着孩子入住有點不太方便吧！然後KTV活生生唱到隔天早上八點半！試問這樣的酒店，如何入住？你們酒店不要打電話騷擾我們哈！否則我要報警了！這個是我真真實實在在的入住體驗！極差極差極差！
