很不錯的一次入住體驗，我們三家人8個大人3個小朋友住的很合適，房屋的位置也比較好，出了小區就是商業街商業街連着沙灘，吃東西購物都非常方便，衞生做的也比較乾淨床單有一股淡淡的清香，陽台上還有一個池子，小朋友在裏面玩水，非常歡樂,房東人很好，給我們推薦了附近好玩好吃的地方，晚上看到廚具那麼齊全，臨時起意燒烤，附近就有菜市場準備食材也很方便，吃得很happy，玩的也很happy，推薦

房子很不錯，入住時剛好下雨，房東人很 Nice，很耐心的教我們怎麼使用電視投屏，看了一場電影，剛好雨停帶着孩子們去海邊玩沙，完全省略防曬，天氣非常涼快，舒暢，不虛此行！

基本體驗都挺好，告知電視機衹有聲音沒有圖像，來了一個鄰居也沒搞定，第二天退房也是鄰居來查房，幾分鐘就拍了幾個視頻告訴房東1客廳鍾壞，2客廳枱燈罩壞（根本就沒插座也沒用）3房間玻璃枱燈摔成兩節？要賠85？打電話房東也是牛的很，入住我們不可能把所有東西都檢查一遍，有心人如果要設定障礙我們衹能認虧？現在你家電視沒圖像看不了，希望明天入住的客户不要背鍋，商家如果要玩花樣也是防不勝防，入住一定要檢查清楚，還有就是海灘封閉不讓進，十里銀灘可以進，住哪邊會方便很多
