I would rate the hotel 3 stars max. Definitely ain’t 5 star. There are no facilities- bars are closed, executive longer closed, swimming pool changing rooms and facilities are not open. So there’s nothing to do.
The room is fine but the pillows are not comfortable, stains on bedding and towels.
I mentioned it was our anniversary but they didn’t prepare anything special like a normal 5 star hotel. Which is always a good test to see how great the customer service is in a 5 star hotel.
Breakfast was low in quality, low quality coffee, not real orange juice etc. some bacon and eggs but nothing else special.

The hotel is a bit far from Tamsui. You need to take a taxi to go out. The room is clean and tidy. The attitude of the waiters is average. It is not particularly good or bad. The air conditioner in the room is very cold. It is always 20 degrees. There is no way to adjust it. It can only be turned on and off at the same time. The water pressure is super fine. , cannot be immersed in the bath, open a tank of water and wait for at least nine words to fill it up first
