Had a great 3 night stay at Hampton in Owen Crossroads Alabama. Good breakfast, good location, easy access.

Everything appears as expected. Bathroom sink drains extremely slow and was a challenge to clean/wash down after shaving. Other than that it was good

Check in was quick and easy. Vicki is a great ambassador for the company. She was courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The overall condition of the hotel needs some attention. The elevators needed mopping and the place could use a new coat of paint. The area is safe with groceries and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The sink faucet was placed weird in the corner of the sink which was awkward. Had issues with the shower faucet too. Was hard to turn on and once on, hard to regulate temperature. It was either cold or too hot. Didn’t try the breakfast since we were visiting family and ate by them. Overall it was convenient and I would stay tthere again.

Toilet ran all night, spider webs , ac did not cool effectively and stains in chairs. I have ask for a refund prior to check out. Staff tells me that since I booked through ******* they can’t help with refund. I will file a complaint with ******* for a refund of $162.00 and stop payment on my credit card.

Had to move twice to other rooms due to plumbing problems. No maintenance personnel on duty to repair broken toilet and tub faucet.

The check in/out was very easy. The staff was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. We enjoyed our stay.
