1、帶着小孩子為了方便訂了這個家庭公寓：訂單所寫A3小區，實際安排到另一個地方；2、訂單上明明寫出有130平方的三房兩廳，實際居住60平方（後面要求我們賠償時瞭解到）衹有兩小房和一大房沒有廳；3、晚上要洗澡熱水放了幾桶水都沒有熱，打電話要求過來解決，30-40分鐘過來説是天然氣就是這樣，實際上熱水器根本沒有開起來，後將鎖成的廚房門打開弄了二十分鐘才開；4、熱水器不能關，一關又得去廚房重新啟動，浪費了好多水，反饋給這個服務人員後回覆説中間不能關需要一直開，感覺好浪費；5、洗澡過程中發現下水管下水很慢，想着住兩晚，將就一下就沒反饋過去；埋下隱患）6、第二天上十點出門，出門時洗手發現停水了。匆忙出去後，晚上9點40分收到説水漫金山，已經流到了下面二層樓。7、據後面瞭解到：關於當天漏水樓下已有業主已經下午有打電話反饋給房東，房東一直沒有接到；另外物業沒有及時發停水通知，我們在停水的情況下，我們錯在沒有出門認真地一個個檢查：每個水龍頭，包括花酒關掉的情況。綜上經過房東與當地人晚上一進門不停讓我們承認後果，指着我們罵，報警後折騰到晚上十二點仍未解決，房東一直守在門口，要求我們賠一萬五，經PC協調賠償將近一萬元。
