Hotel El Pinar Reviews

Apar**ent-type resort hotel, right next to the bay, the surrounding environment is very good and very quiet. The room is large, with a terrace and a sofa bed, but the kitchenware does not seem to work.

This is our 5th time in calallonga and our second time staying in the El pinar , our recent stay was bed and breakfast and it was awful, unorganised, greasy , cold at times and the staff are just not on the ball . I have never been anywhere whether that be turkey, tunisia, Spain, Greece and the staffs English is terrible you shouldn't have use pictures on Google to show the staff what a mushroom , pineapple, sweetcorn is when ordering toppings on a pizza . The staff could be more friendly you know maybe ask how was your day ect the only time you see the staff come alive and friendly was when the locals came to the restaurant at the weekend for a birthday or other celebration .I won't be returning to El pinar.

Great hotel/ apar**ent complex. Nothing was too much trouble. Maid service superb. Great views but would have preferred balcony room as minor glitch. Overall fantastic
