AVOID! We arrived at hotel yesterday, were told that we weren't actually in the hotel with the sea view, infact we were across the road and another building. The receptionist at the other building was lovely and very friendly. Room dated but clean an aircon was good. Balcony small and overlooks flats. The pool at our block is closed and are told we need to go to the other hotel to use the pool. Got to the pool at 4.05 to be rudely told by the bar man to leave as the pool was closed and it doesn't open until 10am. The entertainment for both hotels is at our block and below our room so was noisy, but bearable. This morning we had breakfast in the restaurant which is far too small for 2 hotels and wait 15min at coffee machine for a swap tasting coffee. Get to the pool at 10.10. All 30 sun loungers are taken. So we lay on raised step area, to be rudely told again by the bar man to not lay on it, so we ask are we OK to sit, he said yes. 20min later the maintenance man comes and tells us to move and puts some signs up at the side of us saying not allowed to sit there. As we have no where to sit, we go into freezing cold pool and throw a soft ball, to be told off again, but no one else is in the pool so wasn't bothering anyone. I wouldn't mind, but we don't have music blaring, my kids are all late teens and don't drink, we just wanted to chill by the pool and throw a ball but we are constantly told off by rude staff. Facilities are far too small for 2 hotels, food Is average and staff are beyond rude! Wouldn't stop here again if you paid us!

First of all staff on reception are lovely, Michelle was very friendly and was extremely helpful. U fortunately this is where the good part ends. The hotel has booked both buildings full for easter. Despite this they have a dining room which is extremely small, queues of an hour for each meal which is no good for a family. If you do manage to get a table before the dining room closes the food is not replenished quick enough so you will wait even longer. Constantly running out of things even as simple as bread for the toaster. The pool is like a lottery, is it open? Is it closed? Varies day by day and hour by hour. Kids play area, closed, not for any reason other than they wont open it, i understand no kids club out of season but closing the little park? Ludicrous. The bar, wow, dont even know where to start, ordered 3 drinks, a peach schnapps lemonade(5€) a vodka coke (6€) and a small beer (3€), total cost €18.50 ? Asked why, 'thats the price', ridiculous, why have menus with prices if your just going to make it up?. Obviously its the start of season so things are just starting to open up but heaven forbid you want to get your children a drink to take to the room, nope, not allowed, tried to order soft drinks to take to the room for the kids as the shops were still closed, not allowed, only allowed to take drinks to the room if your all inclusive and you cant book all inclusive til 1st May. I have been coming to spain 4 or 5 times a year for the last 30 years and I have NEVER come accross such a poor hotel, even ones which claim to only be 1 star. We are full board and have only managed to use the hotel restaurant 3 times. We have spent hundreds just to make aure the kids eat. If this is what Azuline hotels are like we will NOT be back. Oh, but the bakery at amantis ii is brilliant and very reasonable.

It's amazing from the first minute of visiting this hotel. Having come for three days, we have been living here for 2 weeks and will extend)) Friendly staff at the: reception, restoran hotel, cleaners, animators. We feel us like at home in the family. The perfect location, quiet place but near is several beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. Hotel is price/quality. We recommended.

I want to thank the hotel staff for the excellent well-coordinated work. Nice administrators, good cleaners, cheerful animators that provide for our leisure. Special thanks to the canteen, to waiters, to bartender and to the chefs who cook very tasty food. I visited a lot of Spanish hotels, and this is one of the tastiest and kindness. Thank you very much. 😊☺️

On arrival, staff not over friendly. Got to the room which nice and clean… the bathroom could do with some updating as the bathroom looked a bit rough and could’ve done with a new bath.. we did have a nice Seaview we had two adults and one child staying in our room, The bed for the child, which happened to be a 15-year-old was totally unsuitable. It was like a futon that moved all over the place and was very uncomfortable I’ve never been to a hotel where you have to give a €1 deposit for a glass to get a drinking when you’re all inclusive . Not quite sure where to start with the restaurant. If you like to queue for at least half an hour to get in for dinner then this is the hotel for you and when you get in there there’s no plates ... on a couple of occasions I even set the table myself and I’m supposed to be on holiday. Seems like the two hotels combined into one and everyone was eating in the main block so when things run out very quick and forever, waiting for it to be filled up…The poor staff I felt very sorry for them, rushing around, trying to clear tables, trying to get people in who were fed up waiting, even for breakfast you had a queue it was just ridiculous would never go back to this hotel or any of this chain of hotels And the people that I’ve taken the photos I’ve done a very good job as it does not look like that.. as round the pool is dirty. They may clean the floor daily with just water. The tables were dirty and around the pool was dirty

I thoroughly enjoyed my week, the room was nice except the bathroom little dated but that’s not a biggie The entertainment was a look forward to each day in the evening and in the day. Ray really made the holiday for all of us, his enthusiasm and love for the job was heartwarming. Top bloke The pool was cold but Ray still got us in playing water polo which was a highlight The food was decent, was edible which is what you get for what you pay. Even though we had to queue sometimes, it wasn’t the biggest deal and understandable with the amount of people In a great location, with san antonio in walking distance or just a boat ride across the bay. You can easily get into Ibiza town on the local bus with the bus stop being near. The staff were friendly and helpful with this Overall, I had a lovely experience making memories to last a lifetime

No idea where to start. Definitely not family friendly Party goers coming and going all night slamming doors, moving bedroom around. 1st room was at hotel 2 2 adults and a child in 1 room, can’t even say the 3rd bed was a bed! Was a board on the floor with 2 cushions on it. Food could be a lot better with more choice, desserts were the same everyday, if you want breakfast or dinner you’ll have to Queue, lunch was the quietest time, snack bar food is the best food we ate all week. Swimming pools freezing, life guard sat on his phone instead of watching people in the pools. If you want a sun bed think again! Entertainment was poor, Saturday we had no entertainment. I ended up going to reception on Friday morning to request a room move and was shut down, was not even asked why! Ended up speaking to jet2 rep and got moved on the Sunday, 3 days of no sleep was not fun!! Hotel 1 was a lot quieter and a lot nicer. Definitely would not stay here again, quite a few staff members are rude, got shouted at in Spanish by a member of staff in the food hall.

We was so disappointed with this hotel. Rooms were not as advertised, booked a modern style room as shown on the website and was given an old room which smelt old! The cleaners were lovely but The staff were extremely rude (mainly in bars and chef) apart from the odd few, food was awful (think school dinners) The queuing system does not work at all. And snack bar is a mix of any thing fried. Never again!! Honestly awful!

Stayed here 4 days last week. Room barely fit 2 people never mind 3. Mattress on floor with a board and wheels flung in front of patio doors. Only 1 mirror in toilet none in living area. So couldn't use when someone in shower. Restaurant queued out door as serving 2 buildings. Shower screen not sealed so flood everytine had shower. Wouldn't go back.

It is only day one of my holiday at Hotel Mar Amantis. When I arrived at the hotels I didn't know which reception to go to. I went into building 2, I was told that my room is in building 1. The lady on the desk was nice and polite and gave me a slip of paper to hand over to the receptionist at building 1. We got the room with all inclusive and a partial sea view as booked. Then I noticed issues, my mattress was thread bare and had holes in it, not everything is in the one hotel building (the setup is bizarre), the light fittings in the restaurant/canteen were hanging off the ceiling and I was nearly poisoned (nut allergy). So, the restaurant which serves both buildings, a teeny tiny bar and a small swimming pool are in building one. In building 2 is the snack bar (I didn't see any snacks), a main hall for evening entertainment and a pool. As I mentioned when going for meals, 1 restaurant is serving 2 buildings and you need to queue out the door to get in. In the restaurant are these hanging light fittings which are not attached to the ceiling. Also there are no (nut) allergy warnings on the food, I pickup a cream cake and noticed fine nuts sprinkled on the top just before I ate it (which is just as well or I could dead now ☠️) There is no way in hell this place is 3 star, it's 2 star at best and I question Jet2's judgement for including it. I have 6 days to go, wish me luck!

We arrived at around midnight to check-in after a delayed flight. There are no late night snacks available or any tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom so we had to go out of the hotel for a cup of coffee after travelling. We asked to hire a kettle and they wanted 40 euros for the 10 day stay. The lifts don't work properly in mar amantis two and my husband caught his arm in there whilst trying to get the cases in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Extremely basic. No fridge, no tea making facilities, refused to provide a cot for my two year old who subsequently fell out of bed twice and spent the rest of the stay in my bed. Cannot fault the cleaners they are fantastic. The pool areas are dirty and unkempt. Not well looked after at all and be warned the pools are FREEZING! I mean almost unbearable. Not enough sun loungers for the size of the hotels. The food was what I call average and that is if you enjoy scrambled egg and tuna mixed together for breakfast. Very noisy, not well sound proofed and can hear doors banging every night very very loudly. Hot water tends to run out so shower quickly. In and out. All inclusive ends at 11pm and at mar Amantis two they switch the lights off outside so you can't even play a game of cards. My husband fell very ill and left his wallet upstairs and needed some water. Rude rude rude rude Spanish girl refused to let him borrow a beaker to have some water even though he said he would be straight back down to give it to her. On one of the days, the pool snacks chef put his hands on a customer's plate and removed chips from it when it was in his hand as there were too many chips on it. The customer said something and the chef came running around to start a fight. Went to ask for a manager and apparently there wasnt a manager available for a week. Disappointing. Then again at the snack bar went to ask for a burger at 18:06 was told it was shut as the chef wanted to clean even though it is supposed to shut at 18:30. Went again to speak to someone and a man went round to speak to him and said that it wasn't closed. There's one Spanish girl who works behind the bar who is so rude and snatches your glass out of your hand and pretty much throws it at you. Entertainment guy is so lovely and friendly. The chefs in the main dining hall are really lovely and friendly. Tried to return my glasses on the last night and they told me they had run out of euros. So didn't get my money back for that. No ashtrays provided so a lot of cigarette litter on the floors. 30 euros to hire beach towels plus another one euro for cleaning charges. We had a pleasant stay due to the location but due to the poor staff attitude and poor customer service we wouldn't return.

Hotel lovely and clean. Shame only 1 lift. Food very good and varied. Got seats on patio every day. Had to wait for sun loungers to be available. Room cleaned daily. Very helpful friendly staff. Nothing to much.

The Hotel and staff are very good, the rooms are nice and clean. The pool is very good as well What lets it down is the restaurant, it is inadequate for the amount of people and that was in a quiet time. This kind of spoiled my holiday.

We stayed here for 1 week in Oct '23. We've visited Ibiza 8 times but not stayed at this resort. We were located in Mar Amantis II. Its got the majority of the pools and a pool bar but not the view of the Bay. The hotel is in need of serious investment, its dated and tired looking. That said when we checked in we were behind a couple who had visited last year and a couple who had visited for the previous 7 years. I'm sure their review would be significantly different to ours so bear that in mind if considering making a booking. There are two lifts , both take 2 people maximum, as there are only 3 floors they arrive very quickly at least. You can use the hotel pool towels if you leave a deposit . They looked fine, we didn't use them. There is entertainment on site at II each night, I can't comment as we didn't stay on site in the evenings. It included bingo, a magician, solo artists, a disco, pretty much standard fare. Our room overlooked the pool area. There is a deep, plunge style pool, a kidney shaped larger one and a couple of shallow pools for children. There is daytime 'animation' on site consisting of darts, golf, volleyball, water polo and table tennis. The entertainment chap had a hard time engaging folk when we were there but bless him for trying . All of the staff were pleasant and cheerful and worked their socks off. When you use the bar you need to 'rent' a plastic beaker to use to collect your drinks. It's 1 euro and you get a fresh beaker when you return it for another drink. You can 'cash' it in when you leave for the day. It saves the empties rolling around the pool area which is a great idea in my opinion & saves on the single use plastic. The drinks were typical, local beer, wine, spirits and cocktails. By the time the ice cubes are in you tend to make a few trips to stay 'hydrated'. You can buy branded drinks if you like too, many did. The meals are served in Amantis I over the road. We only ate in the restaurant a couple of times as it was like a busy canteen and didn't suit us , we ate out instead BUT did take advantage of the snack bar in Amantis II at lunchtime. Recommended the tuna toastie. The chef is very cheerful and obliging. He was serving up orders at rapid speed all day. Amantis I requires more coffee making machines, at peak times it was a silly wait time to use the machine. There are only 2 available. If you choose to eat out I can recommend Ausonia - a pizza place a few doors away. 35 euros for a pint, glass of wine and 2 quality pizzas. Service and ambience are great. Alternatively Tapeo opposite is hard to beat for tapas and the vino is very good too. Service here was fab. We had 6 tapas dishes and a bottle of rose for 68 euros. The Sundara is next door and although we didn't eat in here it has a good menu and gets busy later in the evening with diners and drinkers. It was crazy expensive either. There a snack bar/patisserie there too which also looked fab and very popular. It advertised t
