Bizar and outrageous that the Airco in the room doesn’t work in a 4 star accommodation! After several complaints we got the answer that the whole block is either heat or cold, because of the fact that it’s a very old installation. This was April, so indeed it was not very hot outside, but it was very warm inside. We got a mobile Airco, but that made a lot of noise and was only a solution for one bedroom. Opening the window was not an option due to the noise from the party people and the bugs! Very disappointing from a comfort point of view. Service and cleanliness was very good!

More than happy with my stay at Migjorn, it’s a beautiful hotel where you can enjoy a relaxing stay. All staff were very welcoming and made sure me and my partner had an enjoyable holiday. Have to say, one of their receptionist was specifically helpful as he helped us book activities for our days out in Ibiza. The spa was perfect! Small but intimate. Let’s hope we can be back next year!

Horrible. Room ac wasn’t working, service staff entire uncooperative, ants all over the room, and got inside our room. When the issue was raised the staff didn’t care and said they can’t do anything till the next morning, despite them having extra rooms.

Also, we are not aware of what you stated in your review, and no guests who have stayed in the same suite before or after you have complained about what you stated. If you had informed us during your stay, we would have informed you that, in order for the aacc to work, you must have the electricity connection card in place and the windows and doors of your suite closed, as, for reasons of sustainability, the sensors on the doors and windows, if left open, cause the aacc system to disconnect. Also, regarding the ants you mention, no guest (of those who have stayed before and after your stay) has complained about this. In this regard, it is advisable not to leave food outside the fridge, which may attract this type of insects. In any case, we understand that the rest of the issues you did not mention in your review, such as the services, facilities and staff of the hotel, were totally correct. We remain at your disposal. Very nice hotel centrally located in Bossa. Great if you're traveling with a group as they have multi bedroom accommodations. Be aware, if you're trying to have friends back at your place after the club, the front desk will try to charge you €80 per guest, which is absolutely ridiculous. That's really the only negative thing I have to say about the place.

The only issue that I would have is there is only paid parking close by. Otherwise what a great and relaxing stay. Great restaurants nearby, shopping and minutes to D’en Bossa beach. Grocery stores close by and nightlife and bars very walkable. Steps to anything you could want. Unit themselves were very convenient with a kitchen and fridge and freezer. Units also have access to outdoor spaces and hotel provides beach towels. There are also a pool and hot tub and restaurant onsite. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The aparthotel is wonderful . Modern luxurious and spotlessly clean . The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The beds are extremely comfortable. The food and cocktails in the poolside bar are amazing however expensive. The pool area has ample sunbeds . Playa den Bossa is not the best area in Ibiza and the beach is OK but a little dirty in areas . We spent the evenings in Ibiza Town which is a short taxi ride away and is beautiful.

We stayed at this hotel in mid June. It was the perfect location, a minute walk from the beach, restaurants and clubs. Our first experience was upon checking in - we got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. I am prone to panic attacks and thankfully with my family there I was ok. I’m surprised the elevator has this issue. It was 4 people with 3 suitcases, and far beneath the weight limit. Definitely a safety issue for me. There was also some red residue on the floor next to the sofa in the sitting room, but it may have been missed due to the fact that they nicely laid out the sofa bed. Other than that the room was perfect, especially the rooftop terrace. The drinking water was not potable so it was very helpful having the little market on site. We bought coffee every morning at the restaurant because the coffee maker did not work. The resort restaurant was way overpriced. The pool area was definitely not a party one, but it was calm and clean. I asked for an iron and there were only 4 for the whole resort. They ask you to make a deposit and you can borrow the iron for an hour and get the deposit back when it’s returned. The resort itself is extremely beautiful and tidy, but there are some minor things we were able to look past. It was my first time in Ibiza so I don’t have any others to compare it to.

In any case, we note that practically everything was to your liking, in particular: the room with its roof terrace, the tranquility of the pool, the order and cleanliness of the complex, the location close to the beach, restaurants and clubs, and the value for money. This is more than good. On the other hand, regarding what you say about the elevator, as we could not locate the reservation, we can not check if there was any incident. However, if as you indicated there were 4 people and 3 suitcases, this exceeds the maximum capacity of the elevator which is 3 people (280Kg), as it is marked on the elevator. For safety reasons, the maximum capacity must be respected, and you did not do so. Improper use of the elevators is not the responsibility of the hotel, but of the person who uses it improperly. As you yourself admit, the problem lasted only a few minutes, surely, in almost any hotel in the world, they would solve it in record time, in which we solved the problem. This is because we have very professional and strict protocols for this type of incidents, and because we have a very efficient and committed staff with our customers. As for the sanitary water, as it is usual in the whole island, it is not suitable for human consumption, in spite of the fact that in Migjorn it is subjected to decalcification and osmosis. We inform you that the quality of the water from the public water supply does not depend on the hotel, but on the concessionary company that manages it on the island. The coffee machines in our rooms are new this year, from a well-known and prestigious brand, and they all work perfectly. In addition, we always leave as a courtesy¡, some capsules on arrival, free of charge. If you need a refill, you can ask for it at reception (it is not free) or, as you mentioned, we have a supermarket with access from inside and outside the complex, where you can stock up on everything you may need during your stay. As for the rest of the issues mentioned in your review, if you had told us about them during your stay, we would have solved them as soon as possible. It was a nice hotel and location was good. The staff were abnormally strict and charges 80 euros for any visitors. The reception staff were very unreasonable and unfair and for the price we paid I can say confidently there would be a lot better options on the island if you are here with a group of friends.

The property is beautiful, but the property is offering things on the website and descriptions that are not offered once you are checked in. The bed was awful, we did not get a queen bed as described (1 Double bed in ******* amenities ) but 2 terrible twin beds that were splitting during the entire night, we did not get a terrace or balcony as described on ******* amenities under (outdoor space). The room did not have an iron and you have to pay 15 USD to get one. They expressed they have only 4 irons for the whole hotel which has 100 rooms, I have always found an iron for a room, even in 3 stars hotels. I would suggest property managers not lie about their amenities and communicate with their clients with honesty. For these reasons i would not recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives visiting IBIZA.

We can fully recommend Migjorn Ibiza Suites & Spa. Teresa arranged everything for us before our arrival. Despite the fact that the hotel is located in the center of Playa d'en Bossa, you will not notice a lot of noise when the windows are closed. The living room and the bedroom have separated air conditioners. The employees are all so friendly and Roberto asked us regularly if everything was OK. He had a very quick solution when we needed something. We are more than fully satisfied. The breakfast is outstanding and there is enough choice for all tastes. We really felt like at home, no - even better than at home :-) We are coming back soon :-) 5 stars+

The stay was great. Pool, rooms and everything was perfect. It conveniently had a supermarket on sight which was very helpful. The location is walking distance to all the clubs which was great. Only down side was we were told check in was at 2 but our room was not ready until 2:30. Usually it wouldn't matter but we had a plan we had to start getting ready for so it made timing super tight and not ideal. While at the pool we heard other guests with the same issue.

The staff are the only thing that is good about this hotel, other than that we were incredibly disappointed. We booked 1 x Junior Suite and 1 x 2 Bedroom Suite. The photos on the website match the design of the rooms and hotel however this hotel is EXTREMELY overpriced for what it is. There is no soundproofing in the rooms, you can hear your neighbours conversations and other activities… Also the description of “suite” is misleading. The junior suites do not come with balconies, and the two bedroom apartment with sofa bed is sharing a singular bathroom that is smaller than the bathroom in the one bedroom junior suite, which is already very small. The AC units are very noisy also. They also make you wear wristbands as your access keys which we felt wasn’t ideal at all. It is a pretty looking hotel but honestly it is way, way overpriced. We were all extremely disappointed and found much nicer places for much cheaper. I wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the price versus value. The only credit is the staff at the hotel who were amazing.

A fantastic experience. From the point of arrival to departure the staff were all 1st class. From reception , to bar , to the pool , to the breakfast , to the cleaners we could have not have asked for any more. Always spotless. The accommodation was brilliant. It had everything we needed and more The music around the pool was fabulous but not intrusive. It made the experience so good. The atmosphere was one of chilled relaxing times. So close to the bars and restaurants 75 yds and also the beach 150 yds. Supermarket attached makes life so easy for your needs and wants. The staff and reception cannot do enough for you. Always polite and always go that extra inch to make the stay even better. Thank you for an amazing time. We will return
