Sono andata in ritiro con la mia squadra e per mangiare il personale è stato davvero imbarazzante.Eravamo in fila per prendere il cibo da buffet e un cameriere ci ha detto “Ma lo vedete che siete in troppe?Andate a sedervi!” noi ci siamo andate a sedere e quando la fila si è sfoltita un po’ siamo andate di nuovo però sta volta dall’altra parte e é tornato quel cameriere dicendo esplicitamente “Ma che c***o fate?!Lo capire hanno vi parlo?Tornate al tavolo e aspettate il vostro turno!!” Esperienza veramente imbarazzante r vorrei aggiungere anche che le camere sono luride, la moquette quando ci si cammina sopra sale la polvere e ci sono macchie di chissà cosa sp**** per terra. Davvero penoso

sono venuta in ritiro con la mia squadra e il personale , senza motivo ci ha sbattuto la porta in faccia e quando siamo andate a fare la fila dall’altro lato ha usato un linguaggio inappropriato insultandoci e obbligandoci a ritornare al nostro tavolo, le camere sono sporche.

work in progress! rispetto alla descrizione dei servizi su *******, ci sono alcune cose tecnicamente corrette ma che ho personalmente trovato un po' ambigue: il parcheggio è si disponibile, vero, ma bisogna camminare per 10' per raggiungerlo; la piscina è disponibile ma in una struttura vicina all'albergo. Inoltre, capisco e gradisco il relax, ma abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'ora da orologio per il check-in (non trovavano la prenotazione) e quindi all'arrivo la camera non era ancora pronta (i letti dei bambini non fatti); il personale delle pulizie non ha rifatto la camera.
Di contro ho trovato la colazione molto buona (e il personale preposto molto cordiale e disponibile) e la posizione dell'albergo buona. Anche le condizioni della camera (606) erano soddisfacenti: silenziosa e appena riformata. La sala bimbi era da risistemare ma quando sarà attivata sarà sicuramente un valore aggiunto.
Condivido l'apprezzamento per lo staff che vince su tutto per gentilezza e cordialità. Sicuramente con la stagione iniziata sarà tutto alla grande...
