Ficamos no quarto 17, quarto é grande e confortável, cama grande, lençóis macios ,amenities l'occitane e uma vista linda para o mar, só tenho elogios. Roupas de cama e as toalhas de praia muito cheirosas. O atendimento de toda a equipe do hotel é muito bom, pessoal super receptivo e educado, fizeram a gente se sentir em casa. O café da manhã tem omelete, ovos mexidos e tapioca feitos na hora,além de outras coisas gostosas para comer. Oferece serviço de praia.

Ambiente agradável, atendimento muito bom, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã delicioso. Enfim, satisfeito com a estadia e a experiência. Todos os ambientes são limpos, os quatros impecáveis, tolhas cheirosas, ar condicionado silencioso. Recomendo.

Serviço de praia, funcionários cordiais, estacionamento, quarto agradável com espaço para acomodar as malas, chuveiro excelente, café manha impecável, piscina aquecida, restaurante no local com música ao vivo. Se você quiser, ao lado do hotel tem um restaurante delícia também... É um charme e volto com certeza 🌷

Cheguei às 23h do dia 04 de novembro, e parei no restaurante devido a bonita fachada. Pedi um Ceviche que no cardápio dizia vir com Chips de batata doce. E me trouxeram uma cestinha de torrada ao invés de batata doce e ao eu reclamar disseram que não tinham batata doce e por isso mandaram torradinhas. Lamentável. Poderiam ter informado antes e eu escolheria outro prato

Ótimo atendimento. Suíte limpa. Linda arquitetura. Ótimo café da manhã. Boa localização, próximo ao centro histórico. Estacionamento de fácil acesso e coberto. Pedimos um prato de carpaccio de salmão e filé mignon, o carpaccio estava maravilhoso.

Hotel muito bem localizado, agradável, frente à praia, piscina aquecida até demais, quartos bons. Equipe de atendimento muito boa, Ronaldo e Nalva se desdobram para atender os hóspedes, porém acho que falta um apoio de mais pessoas nessa época de grande movimentação. Minhas sugestões foram ouvidas pela gerencia.

Gostei mas falta treinamento dos funcionários. Poucas toalhas de banho no banheiro e tb pouca estrutura no quarto. Precisei pedir papel higiênico todos os dias para repor. Uma chatice.
