The location of the property was excellent, you can enjoy full of glacier view from lobby or even your room.
Staff was responsive and always ready to assist when we needed something. Free drinks , cold-cut and cheese platters at evening was awesome.
The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable.
I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking great experience of Glacier view and tours.

Very good view and staff service. Free coffee and comfortable bed. Only thing is the cafeteria is only opened until 6pm

This was the best hotel which we booked in our banff trip. The hotel was very new and clean as well as the best view with the glacier.

We stayed at the glacier view room and the view was really awesome. You can see the glacier right from the window. The room is clean and pretty spacious too. We love it!

冰河景觀附近算是唯一的酒店了，當然除了景觀無敵，服務也是相當的好，內有一家西餐廳和一家星巴克，行李全程幫忙裝卸，為服務點贊👍

酒店面對冰原，景色好。房間乾淨，前台nice。
沒有大堂，check in 在三樓，行李從停車場拉過來有些遠。
酒店裡的星巴克號稱加拿大海拔最高，付款默認有小費。

觀賞冰川位置絕佳，一層購物、二層餐飲、三層住宿，房間帶個閣樓，前台大廳是的玻璃窗很搶手，可以喝着咖啡慢慢欣賞對面的冰川，入住需要交納250加幣按金，當然裏面有一部分是要到店付的税費，餘下的會退還回去，但好像很慢，晚上的簡餐很不錯👍

有兩個停車場，較低的是給冰河中心遊客使用的，需要走樓梯；較高的旅館住客使用，但需要電話詢問passcode。從停車場走到建築物有一點點距離，賊冷。
旅館前台在三樓，有電梯，main lounge正對着冰川，特別出片，有熱可可咖啡等供應，坐着很舒服，
房間也很棒，乾淨整潔，可惜暖氣不夠一晚上冷得沒睡好（捂臉。住客專享的九點半glacier tour很贊，最早一批人很少，嚮導Logan穿短袖短褲當其他所有人裹得粽子一樣（笑哭。
