I thought we were just getting a hot plate, but we had an entire updated kitchen in our cabin. It was clean and very cozy. Staff were friendly. We were busy out hiking so did not make use of the resort amenities, but it was nice to know there was a lounge and a little shop on the property. Not to mention a great off-season rate.

A great location of the property. If you are looking for a quiet place with stunning view, this is the right one. The hot tub was right in front of our cabin. The rooms aren't that great. So far we loved our stay there. I definitely recommend it.

Beds were comfortable, complementary tea, coffee and cookies etc in lounge. Had issues with the fireplace that were resolved quickly. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and friendly. Lodge we stayed in could do with some updating but it was sufficient for our needs.

When we arrived we had a nice surprise as we had booked the motel style and was upgraded to cabin. It was a great start to our valentines day the gentleman also had mentioned the hot tube was open and the fire area that was nice as we thought it was closed.

Nice, Convenient location but a bit noisy since it's right next to the highway. We stayed in the Cedar Lodge Suite and they are a bit run down and dirty. The oven and cooking supplies are very low quality and might not work.

The location is beautiful and perfect if you want something quiet away from town but the location is conveniently 20 minutes from both jasper and Hinton

The property and cabin were great. The issue we had unfortunately was the heat, we froze! We called the front desk twice and got immediate assistance but the temperature never increased past 19.

The main building is nice and the staff were friendly but the suites are very run down and in need of a Reno and a good cleaning. The kitchen in our suite was not well stocked. The showers leaked and the general impression was that is was just run down and not well cared for. Disappointing as my last stay there 10 years ago was positive.

Great stay. Upgraded room. I have 2 kids and senior citizen and the room given to me is super accessible. Pool and hot tub are closed now as it is too cold (maybe).

We were travelling with our infant who is 8 months old and the cabin took 12 hours to finally get up to 23 degrees from 15 degrees which is completely unacceptable, especially when travelling with a baby. We were told by the front desk that it would take 30 minutes to heat up to the 2nd level. I tried calling the front desk multiple times between 10-11pm, and there was no answer. We were told someone would be at the desk until 11, but it’s clear they took off at 10.
