The hotel is located in Germering / Unterpfaffenhofen and is very cheap for visits to Munich and the surroundings (5-Seen-Land). It is newly renovated and very clean. The prices are very cheap - we paid with breakfast 125 EUR for 2 nights. Breakfast buffet offers something for everyone and is very extensive. Reception at the reception was friendly, check-in quickly and uncomplicated. The rooms are very small, however. The bathroom offers little deposit area, there is no box (this is not so tragic), but also for the bag offers little place. All in all the rooms are OK for the night. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are very quiet. There is also a GRATIS parking garage ! - that is now very rare - directly below the hotel. The infrastructure is very good - local and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn Germering is about 10 minutes. This is about 30 minutes to the center of Munich. One point of criticism: There is still a little delay in the point of sustainability. On the one hand, the plastic bottles for tooth cleaning, which are once again sold in plastic, but also at breakfast there is still a lot of plastic (marmelade, yoghurt...etc), here you could find better solutions

A proximité d'une autoroute, fléchage, en pleine zone tertiaire aéronautique. En théorie pas de dépose minute mais on le fait car il faut demander un ticket pour le grand parking couvert mais il est un peu plus loin (plus pratique de déposer ces bagages). Check in lent et plein de formulaires à remplir alors que je suis client Marriott avec carte. On m'envoie un SMS pour une clef électronique, ça n'a pas été plus loin où je suis nul en informatique. Belle chambre tout confort à prix doux, clim, wifi. Bar et restaurant, choix limité mais suffisant. QR code pour avoir une télécommande TV sur son smartphone, pas compris... idem pour la connexion Wifi qui passe par un routeur , alerte sécurité de ma tablette, il faut passer outre. Thermostat de la climatisation , pas de réglage de la température mais + ou - d'une température de référence

The room is very narrow and was sold as double room. Due to fair, you could not book both days together on the website but had to do it separately. Unfortunately, it was blocked out of your room on the second day. We are just happy that it was not late at night where no one sat at the reception. That would have been yet. The room is so narrow that you couldn't pass each other on the second. If someone was in the bathroom or the door was standing up, you couldn't reach the door or the closet. You couldn't even hang out the usual paintings that you don't want to be disturbed. So is already an obstacle for couples. For two people there was a (!!!) bottle of water and also just one glass. The purpose behind it is not understandable to us. For a day as an interim stop is certainly sufficient, but not suitable for a longer holiday from our point of view. Rooms in themselves are clean and clean. Reception is over-required and no real help. When a rasier was forgotten at home, you referred to the net and another business. If it had actually been expected that a hotel would have provided a basic equipment for emergencies. We were at least used to this. Price/performance is certainly absolutely OK outside fair times. Parking is available in the garage and costs € 7.50, but we have parked in the side streets. There is something to run, but that didn't matter to us. We can't say anything about breakfast because we didn't take anything.

This hostel is the place where you can stay on a short budget in Munich. Equipment is modern, but service is not high standard, e.g. you need to actively ask for bedsheets at the registration. Cleanliness is ok but not at top-notch level.

There is plenty of room in the room, it would be great if you plan on cooking yourself. Soundproofing in the room is a bit poor, otherwise not bad.

Amazing service and amenities. There are even activities for residents to join for free, eg Yoga class. The lobby is well decorated with a coffee shop/bar, and working space. There is also a rooftop bar. Best part of this place is there is a washing + drying machine in room, with free detergents given to us. 100% recommend.
